*Plea Hearing (@ 1pm CT) - MO – Ivy House (5) died & AH (5) her twin survived & found on Nov. 3, 2022 in home, Kansas City - *Adair R. Fish (43/now 46) arrested (12/1/22) & charged (12/5/22), arraigned (2/21/23) & indicted (3/1/23) with 1 count of felony abuse/neglect of a child resulting in death, 1 count of felony abuse/neglect of a child-serious emotional or physical injury, 1 count of 1st degree endangering the welfare of a child-death of child & 1 count of 1st degree endangering the welfare of a child-serious physical injury. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. Jackson County
Trial was set to begin on 2/18/25 was continued with no further dates.
Judge Sarah A. Castle presiding. Prosecutor Jamie K. Hunt. Defense attorney Anthony Ray Vibbard.
