Thanks beane. the detective makes it pretty clear that the info did not come from them.
Personally, I think LE is clearly focused on mom and they are trying to squeeze her and hope she will break under the pressure.
Unfortunately, there is nothing linking her or dad at this point except parentage and nothing supporting IDI -yet one of them has to be true.

In response to Donjeta,

Nope, my children are not light sleepers. I just can't figure out how this woman so completely got rid of her baby in the dead of night and no one heard or saw anything.

You find it easier to believe that a stranger entered the home, flipped on the lights, started opening doors and poking around, kidnapped the baby, and then for the hell of it stole a few cells phones... all with no one noticing?

She seems like an emotional basket case on tv. IOW, she's no Casey Anthony in my opinion. She either had help or she didn't do this in my opinion and I'm entitled to my opinion.

thanks

Her grief could as easily be remorse.

In some ways DB is so open and out there, that she has to stop herself from talking at times. But she could be so in love with her husband that she is covering for him. I really think she was told she failed that LD test. I think she said that first on the ABC interview on Friday.

JI is quiet and reserved, and not much for showing affection. I have seen only one picture of him hugging her, and it's not even a bear hug. She is the mother of his daughter, but they still aren't married, and yeah I have heard the reasons, but who really knows what the truth is?

Last night I was thinking of what my mom used to say when describing really reserved men. "Still waters run deep." I think he knows a whole lot more then what he is telling, and hopefully the police separated them, and are able to get info out of him.

He says there is no doubt in his mind that DB did not do anything, regardless of the fact the police told him she failed the LD test. (See Judge Jeannie interview from Fox News)

Why is he so sure she had nothing to do with it? Maybe because he knows who did.

I am also wondering if the source is quoting Debbi. I really need the context. I am just trying to separate out the facts and evidence to see if anything beyond statistics is implicating the parents.
I have followed enough cases to know that parents are number 1 on the list and understandably so. But I am also trying to determine if there is any solid information one way or the other regarding parents vs IDI.

I haven't seen anything other than the mom saying she failed the LD that implicates them beyond statistics.

The only thing that could be considered is LE saying they had stopped cooperating, and that was after the LDT. I probably would have too if i was being hammered for it and knew I was innocent..lets just say all trust would have disappeared

LE has still said no suspect.s

But wasn't it mentioned that this wasn't a usual night-shift job he was working? There was no set end-time. So the perp wouldn't know when dad might be getting home. It doesn't sound like the perfect time to me. It sounds like a more risky time. Dad is know to be awake, and could show up at any time.

True. But it would only take a few minutes to get in and out. Maybe the person lives close by and was watching and waiting.

We could wonder why if the the mom had something to do with it, why leave the lights on to question why an abductor would turn the lights on. It would make more sense if the lights stayed off and the cells stayed put if the mom had something to do with it. jmo

Has information been put out about Lisa's clothing, diaper or shoe size? Or can she walk? Little quirks, food she doesn't like? What words can she say?I would think in looking for a child these things would be good to know. If she is very large for her age, then someone obtaining size 24 mth clothes might not ring a bell for anyone if they assume a 10 mth old would wear 12-18 mth clothing.
The fact that the missing flyer says she weighs 30 lbs is a bit disturbing to me. IMO, there is no way that baby girl weighs 30 pounds. JMHO of course.

I do not think the family is involved. It shows that someone wanted that baby, and watched for a long time, for the perfect opportunity. I would think it would be much easier to snatch a baby with bedroom doors closed, and someone would only know that if they have been watching. Someone would know when the husband started his night shift. They need to think way back, if they had a yard sale, someone fix something in the house, or even someone at a doctors appointment, grocery store, some where someone had interest in this child, and it might not be easy to remember.

bbm

I remember reading here that they did have a yard sale, but I have no link. Anyone else remember that? Any info about how recently it was held? TIA.

This is still my theory as well, the teen being involved.

That pic does speak volumes.

1.The teen was in the home earlier in the day on the day Lisa disappeared.

2.The teen would know the layout of the home.

3. The teen had the code for the garage keypad.

4. The teen would be familiar with the dogs, both the neighbors shepherd and the lab mix of the Irwin's.

5. The teen would probably know about Jeremy's new job and that he would be working that night.

6. LE is obviously interested in the teen as we have not see an LE presence at any other neighborhood home.

7. If the teen has the cell phones they would ping the same towers they would ping from the Irwin home.

8. Since Lisa was familiar with the teen she would probably go with him without crying.

I have felt that since I heard about the teen and dna test. He fits everything, taking cell phones...easily see that, knows the house, brazen and stupid define teens, teens have been known to kill innocents for the heck of it.

I also think it fits the dumpster fire and the car being broken into a month before.

Far better than what everything seems to point to a loving and devoted set of parents killing their child

So, what is this picture saying? Is that the teen sitting on the porch and is that what you are referring to? I think there is definitely something up with the teen, but don't know what. Help me out here. tia

and something I am not sure of, possibly missed, is whether or not LE ACTUALLY ACCUSED DB of anything.."you did it"! ..or is that just what DB SAID they told her?.....maybe how she interpreted what they were saying?? .....
Anyone fill in my "blanks' ? TIA
(I'll now use the "old" and "need coffee" excuses for my ignorance on this subject.....lol)

Deb said on the show last night that on Thurs after the LDT, as well as on Tues, LE said to her, "You killed her".

There's also another video - I *think* it's an ABC news video - where Deb discusses LE having said to her, "You killed her", but I can't remember if she gave the timeframe in which they'd said it.

ETA: This is the video:
http://abcnews.go.com/WNT/video/inside-baby-lisas-home-14693905?tab=9482931&section=1206833

ETA again: Just listened to video again. Reference is to hours after Lisa went missing, on Tuesday, that LE said "You killed her" to Deb.

I went to bed with the teen on my mind. I do believe he is connected in some way.

I don't know if he is, but on a search of the internet this would be something different! I don't know what the outcome of the baby would be then!:twocents:

As for having the bedroom doors closed, I sleep with all bedroom doors open and always did! However all three of my grown children, sleep with all doors closed including their children's!

As for cell phones, mine is always beside me....while my youngest son and his wife leave them charging in the kitchen!

As for calling LE before looking outside for baby, at 10 or 11 month's old, I would never have looked outside first for my first two oversized babies...they both stayed in their cribs until the age of 2! My youngest child was small and wirery, he got out of his crib at 9 months and wondered our house! He was a scarey little dude! Of all 8 grandkids, 7 could not get out of their cribs before 18 months, however my youngest son has a baby boy......wow, walked at 8 months and out of crib at 9!

As for hearing someone in the house, I am a light sleeper, but have a security system to keep disabled husband in house! All children our hard sleepers and have security system's with camera's to get people out of house!

As for dogs, my oldest son has 2 lab's..when I have asked about protection with the dogs, he says they bark so easy that they are ignored by all! My youngest son and I have a rott, they donot bark often, they perfer a low growling, I trust the dog everytime!

As for the number of people on a list that would have access or want one of my children, I can only now speak as a grandmother, the list would be huge...my dil's are sister's that come from a very big family! Half of my grandchildren are adopted forced by the state, taking away from dil's family! Their are caseworkers, and people that help with the disabled! Not to include the sports and chruch events, dance, boy scouts! I could go on forever! So who know's!

As for password to the garage, at least 5 of my neighbor's have mine! Which would bring them right into my house, they also have the ability to cut my alarm off.....they know how to do this, but they also know it must be an emergency...because they have got about a split second with the dog, they cannot make a mistake! Not to mention the gun I will have pointed at them! My point is my reason's that people have the password is fire, police needing in, if panic button's going off on house! If just one wanted to do harm, I guess they could!

I have yet to see anything that makes me think Mom and/or Dad yet, teen is one scarey thought!

The only problem I have with it being the teen is that there has been no reporting of the teen being taken to the PD and questioned. With all the reporters milling around I would expect one of them to mention it, if it was a fact.

If they are truly looking at the teen why haven't they done that? We did hear of an hour long interview in a neighbors home.

http://www.insideedition.com/news/6...say-theyre-not-involved-in-disappearance.aspx

Fox News's Megyn Kelly made this claim: "Our local affiliate is now reporting that in fact, a law enforcement says that mother Debbie 'failed miserably' that lie detector test, and started sweating, according to the police, when the FBI informed her of this."

So it's case of our old friend the unnamed LE 'source' telling a reporter this.....yeah, in that case it MUST be true.

The parents seem to be saying more about the events around the "kidnapping" than giving pertinent details like those you have mentioned.

That is very important!

We have all been following this case yet none of us knows for sure if little Lisa could she even:
Walk
Talk

We don't know:
What her favorite toy is.
Was she a light sleeper?
Did she cry a lot?
What was her favorite food.
Did she use a sippy cup, yet?
Did she like animals or was she afraid of them?

Here is what we know from the mother/dad and the missing report.
Age
Weight
skin color
hair and eye color
she was a happy baby
she would go to anyone
she had a birthmark on her thigh...BUT WHICH THIGH...we don't know.
she had a bug bite over her eye

What else have the parents/family said that might identify Lisa?
