In my notes from his Aug 14th hearing trial was continued to 10/2/23. Maybe he plead guilty & got sentenced.... ??

Just tried searching & only coming up with the latest article of July 19, 2022.

Well - maybe you will have better luck when I come back in after a month - or maybe I will just put him on Oct. 2nd for his trial... Now that is a month away!

Well he was supposed to have a trial on 10/2/23. Wondering if that is still a go - even if you can not find anything. I think I will go ahead & move it in my notes to that date & see what happens. I do not see anything in my notes where they would even dismiss this case. But maybe he even plead guilty - who knows!?! Not us! LOL!

*Trial set to begin (@ 8:30am CT) - MO - Mason Roskop (18) & Mitchell Andrew Raines (21) found deceased with multiple gunshot wounds in a gravel parking lot in the area of Artesian Park near the Rogers Street entrance on July 17, 2022 in Clinton. *Airic Norman Brauer (19) arrested & charged (7/18/22) & arraigned (7/19/22) & re-arraigned (9/8/22) with 2nd degree murder & felony armed criminal action. Plead not guilty. No bond. Bond reduction denied (8/12/22). Bond modification (10/28/22), but no idea what it is.
Trial was set to begin on 8/14/23 continued on 10/2/23.

7/6/23 Update: Pretrial Conference held. State by Prosecuting Attorney L. Gray in person. Defendant in person by video from HCDC. Defendant in Custody County Jail. Defendant's attorney H. Trull in person. Pretrial Conference set on 8/3/23 at 1:30pm.
8/3/23 Update: Pretrial Conference Held. Case called. Hearing recorded. The State appears by PA Gray. The Defendant appeared in person & with attorney H. Trull. Both parties have filed Motions for Continuance of the jury trial. Records made. Defendant is examined by his attorney & agrees with the continuance. Court grants continuance & does continue the trial. Jury trial reset to 10/2/23 @ 8:30am by Circuit Judge Brandon Baker. Defendant's motion to endorse additional witnesses filed by Harold Trull.
