In August the California Supreme Court overturned Peterson's death sentence, citing "significant errors" in jury selection.
On Tuesday ( today) the judge granted 60 days for attorneys to provide the San Mateo District Attorney with a discovery request.
They have until June 28 to get a waiver for a penalty phase retrial or a new jury.

That shirt as I understand was thrown out of the car, one of the officers saw it in the road

Addie’s daughter provided testimony that places him outside of his home at the time of the murder. She also made the t-shirt found with blood on it that was discovered near the crime scene.
