GUILTY MO - Molly Watson, 35, fatally Shot, Monroe County, April 27, 2018 *married fiancé arrested*

  • #81
I wonder what made her search her death? Was it the same time she was asking him if he was doubting about the marriage.
I was thinking about how he was going to manage to live with Molly after the wedding. What kind of excuses could he make to go back and forth. I bet that crossed his mind. No way to spin that with the first wife. And what going to send an invitation to his daughter in the mail? Yes James explain that to your family

Yeah, I wonder that too. Hadn't he just texted/talked to her? Like an obit would have been published that quickly?

I agree , I think she was begining to start doubting what was really going on. Maybe they had that discussion just before she was killed, in person

Good morning!

Closing statements should start in about 5 mins or so.

A juror has called in sick so he or she has been replaced with an alternate.

Good morning, an alternate . I wonder when that happens with jurors. If they may would have been a hold out.

I missed the charges against him, did they do that yesterday? I think murder one maybe a stretch. What do you all think? Was her body laying face down in a ditch?

Just hearing how he told Molly that his wife died at the accident. But later told her she later. I wonder if the jury heard that.

No, she wasn't in a ditch, she was found on that road.

I can't find any charges except that all articles say he's charged with first degree. So , if they jury can't reach that, then he's found not guilty....I don't know.

The judge read the instructions first thing this morning, but I was only half listening when I should have been paying more attention.

He wrote fake messages to himself? No one elese's DNA under her finger nails..
He was on the phone with her the whole drive. He was waiting for her. So that could get him 1st degree murder. Listening to closing arguments I don't see how this jury won't convict on something. This jury is going to convict. This prosecutor is doing an excellent job of putting this all together.

Dang Jimmy boy! Have fun in prison you monster. So many lives ruined when he should have divorced. I’ll never understand why divorcing your spouse is so taboo but murder is ok to these fools. RIP beautiful Molly.

jmo imo

Yes, there is no doubt about any of this evidence. I really hope she felt no pain. Just learning so much more than during the trial.
