Missouri police officer charged in death of K-9 in his care

A Savannah, Mo. police lieutenant is charged with animal abuse after a K-9 officer in his care died in a hot car.

The Missouri Attorney General’s Office charged Savannah Police Lieutenant Daniel Zeigler with one count of animal abuse.

and (probably) turned off the safety feature IMO
what is wrong with people
