Sen. Jamilah Nasheed had suggested at a press conference Thursday that the teen, Vonderrit Myers Jr., had been shot in the back of the head, but the autopsy did not find any gunshots to the back of Myers' head.

Unbelievable that 'some' can spread rumors like this without facts.

Last week or earlier this week, I read an article that stated the donations for Darren Wilson has now reached $2M. I cannot find article anywhere now. It was NOT from an online donation site because all of those were shut down awhile ago.

Did anyone else see this article? Please tell me I'm not losing my mind :gaah:

I've been wondering, where are all the big names who came out in early days and funeral for MB? Has DOJ sent anyone since this is being handled by SLMPD and not Ferguson PD? I'm not hearing much about VM, guessing most realize he has tons of baggage to be poster child.

As for change, 128 new registered voters, sad. These people don't want to work for change, they want to bully and run amok. All that seems to have hung around are more radical groups that are using protesters for their own agendas.

What worries me the most is when push comes to shove, it's gonna be beyond ugly since LE has been muzzled and kept on a short leash, repression from both sides clashing.

It's crazy the same police out here today smiling at folks, are the same ones who were out in riot gear last night.

I am so proud of LE at last nights late nite protest new the VM sight. LE 'shut the chit down' and forced the protesters out of the street onto the sidewalk. It was amazing all of these 'our street's' people were put in their place. The protesters retreated and were escorted back the memorial by a line of riot gear police (walking on the other side of the street) and crowd control vehicles. If you didn't see it last night hopefully someone can find it on the internet today and post. Well worth the watch. It shows who really is in control, and it is not the protesters.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the protesters comply with the order to get out of the street. That hasn't usually been the case.
