Promise D. Griffin was removed from listing yesterday, but no info on her being located.

All these MP look too recent to be the remains found but here they are just in case. IMO, the location is so remote that only someone very local would even have a passing thought to put a body there when there are a lot of more wooded areas that are easier to access from roadways. I used to work at a nursing home down the road from the location and like to travel back roads, and I've never even been there. Then again, I don't really have a good frame of reference for the thought process of someone disposing of bodies.

I just Googled Jolynn Watson-Harris because her name sounded familiar, and I found this that says she's been missing since 2017... idk which one is correct.

Her step mother said they were told it was not her. Her step daughter was taller.

That was Desirae Ferris I think. She was ruled out pretty fast.
I couldn't find any info on Jolynn Watson-Harris other than she's missing from the area. No height or photo and not even consistent missing dates, just that she's missing from Harrisonville.

Keep in mind that the roads leading to Harrisonville can take you to Joplin, KCMO, KCK, and down to Springfield Mo. She could be from anywhere.

HARRISONVILLE, Mo. -- Police officially identified human remains found in rural Cass County as Vernece Brown, the 18-year-old who went missing on Valentine's Day this year.

The sheriff's office said Monday they are now considering this a homicide.

Brown's mom told FOX4 in a previous interview that her daughter was in good spirits as she helped her prepare for a date.

“She was here at home, and I was helping her with her hair. Everything seemed normal," her mom, Kimberly Travis said during that interview. "She was getting ready, but I’m thinking she was going out with her boyfriend."

However, Brown's sister later told detectives the 18-year-old left their home near 36th Street and Bales Avenue with an “older man” possibly in his 30s -- a man family members said she'd only met earlier that day on social media.
