It does look like he was asking himself about Jane (Janie?) H have arsenal (arson, I think he means) charges. I can't be sure though...

yup I have went over this stuff like 8 times and iI just found the boyfriends name address and phone I called it rings n rings.......

This is the way I am reading this-he has names and descriptions of possible matches and he is calling to try and figure out who Jane Doe (your mom) might be. He may have been looking up missing persons that seemed to fit her description. The way I am reading the note is that he spoke with Mrs W***k regarding her son's girlfriend, Margaret W***y 27 years of age, 5'10" 125 with a 1 inch scar on her lip.

Well, I sure would not want my own name out there on the internet for eternity once the google spider finds it if I had nothing at all to do with the case. They are not public figures and their names were never publicly connected to the case. JMO

I am 100% certain-he has contact numbers for the jurisdictions and the contact numbers for the people who are looking for these women.

I would say you received a pretty complete file. Nothing off of this sheet was redacted, which is good.

Aww hon. I think, if I were you, I would be cautious in your pursuit of some of the men you may find in the report. Maybe, and this is just me talking, you might take some time to review it all, ask questions so we can try to help you sort through it, and then make a list of the questions you want answered. I can't read it, but my eyes are not as good as they used to be (I'm middle aged but having issues with my eyes also) I'll wait until we get a private thread and someone will transcribe I'm sure.
