I have proof Dusty did not use Suzie’s car in the pawning of teeth. I even publicly put that on Asher’s page because I want to know why he lied. Especially since he signed the proof that I have. Also Mike has always said they were at the concert and then after helping the band unload when it was done they went back to the apartment. The concert was on COMMERCIAL ST.

and what about the apartment? Det. Webb said the "items" he deemed satanic were gone the next day.........i always hear "metal posters" etc. and it being dismissed as 'satanic panic' but i am not sure I buy that fully given that Ms. McCall (separate from cops) saw something as well...and this time with Suzie...

I have a hard time believe mike was just facing so much bad luck and not inviting any of it himself. sometimes you got to take responsbility for who you know (Joe and Garrison)...and it's time to dig deep and recall of times where they may have no been fully honest about who they were.......would like to know what your friends said about joe

He has owned everything that he needs to own. Just because you do not see it or feel he did things he did not do does not mean he has not owned something. One of the reasons he is no longer on the pages is because it gets very tiring to be told you are lying or guilty of things you are not. Also probably why others are not on the pages. He owes nothing to people that constantly accuse and threaten. Anyone else named on the boards do not as well. I wonder when this is solved if anyone will own what they have said about the people they talk about?

I don't know how much value I personally would put into any of the "Satan" stuff. Death Metal was hitting big in the late 80's and early 90's. I had a lot of friends who went right from Heavy Metal, to Speed Metal, and on into Death Metal.
Now the things not being there when the police returned is another story. Not sure what to think about that part.
And I'll add this......Springfield is in the heart of the bible belt and some bible thumpers take their "Religion" way too seriously.
Case in point. When I was a kid, I bought a KISS poster for myself, and one for my friend who lived across the street from me. About 30-mins after I gave it to him, his crazy bible thumping mother came beating on our front door and gave the poster to my mother, telling her in a very harsh voice that, "She didn't want the Devil in her house". And even as a 5th grader, I knew that KISS was just a band, and they didn't worship the devil. So point is, Ms. McCall with all due respect intended, may be very religious and what may mean nothing to one person, another may consider it evil, or what ever.

A few years ago, I saw that Det. Asher had posted on JK's facebook site something to the affect of, "There's still time". Never really knew what he was getting at. I wasn't sure if he was saying there's still "Hope", or, "There's still time to tell what she knows".

He was posting on here and is also verified on here. Also there is no way you can know if he has owned everything.

You have no idea how deep he has dug. He actually worked with a few people to see if he could remember anything that was helpful. As I said not everything is public.

I have had contact many years ago and oddly enough didn’t seem to want to take information I knew for a fact they did not have. I’m more inclined to accept the Clay’s account because they have been forthcoming with information, whereas the police have told us no recent information beyond the original accounts.

While Clay’s conduct then was reprehensible, he paid his debt to society and to my knowledge has led an exemplary life.

I would be extremely interested why the help offered by other agencies were declined. I was told personally by a member of the Missouri State Highway Patrol that they were effectively told to take a hike. I find that troubling.

In my opinion, I think that the department wants this case to just go away. I see nothing to suggest they are raising a finger to move this case along.

As to the recent television program the officer tells us he is certain the case will be solved. I’d sure like to know why he is so certain.

Yea.....and you'd also trust Steve Garrison to be telling you the truth, as well as allow him into your house.
I'll bet if you had approached the PD in a different manor, such as calling and making an appointment to come in and talk to a detective, they would have been more than accommodating.
Sometimes its all in how you approach them........Just saying.

Other forums, here in private messages, and fb. Various times over the years. Report everyone to the appropriate place and starting a few years ago we started taking screen shots and also sending them to the spd if the person was in Springfield back in 92 or now. When people start accusing us of things we aren’t doing or things Mike never did it is suspicious so we make sure the police know who is doing it especially if it is threatening in any way, shape, or form.

Have you ever compared any of the doe network women to the victims? I've been comparing on two different cases. On October 26 ,1994 a woman was found in Michigan. 34ufmi. Her age and description could possibly be Sherrill Levitt. I can't say it is but I will keep doing doe comparisons in an effort to help. I hope this is solved soon.

He was in KS prison system. He was also arrested before the rape charge on a felony gun charge....... the charge in which S.P.D. busted him out of jail to get information on the 3mw for.....

Did they dismiss the Felony Gun charge? I can't find a conviction or charge for that anywhere? But you're right now that you mentioned that, I do recall that they got him out of jail, and then he "Escaped" the hotel/motel they were keeping him at. I guess I didn't realize that was with in that time frame. Thank you for clarifying this......sincerely.

Very interesting angle. But do you think they would have been taken so far away. I've always felt that they were taken somewhere locally. But yea, anything is possible and that is a very good angle you have there for sure!!

Something I've always been curious about is why police were unable to track that van down that the porch lady saw. There couldn't have been that many vans like that around the Springfield area. I know that police said there were a lot of vans registered, but how many of that age and style. I've wondered many times if they were to go back and reinvestigate the vans registered at that time period, and really put time into trying to make a connection to the van and someone who was in their suspect pool, if a new set of eyes would be able to make the connection. Every time I see one of those vans sitting in a field, or for sale on-line, I always wonder if one of them may have been the van in question........if it wasn't destroyed. I purchased an old Mechanics Ledger Book several years ago, that was from an old mechanics shop in Springfield. It lists the vehicles that were worked on for one year in the 60's or 70's, I can't recall exactly. But it lists the owners names, vehicle year, make and model, and the VIN numbers. There are a couple of vans listed in it that were from the 60's, and I've thought about turning the information over to SPD on a long shot. But its definitely a long shot.........but who knows, at this point anything is possible.

for your information I came here because a friend of mine alerted me that Monkeyman was spreading bs about tony. I consider tony and some others that have studied this case longer than you close friends. Including Tuna too...
I agree with the people who are your detracters, because like YOU Michelle and your document, I also believe the cops word..... and that is one that directly conflicts with yours husbands word.

Im still waiting for you to admit polygraphs can be falsified. Very easily. And that guilty parties usually are successful at faking them.....

Cops: Dusty was on Commercial St passed out..

Nothing that was said about Cant Say was untrue. Nothing. He has been proven time and time again to be spreading false information. If you cared about facts as much as you say, you'd admit that this is true. It's been proven several times.......several times. Facts and Integrity are important. That's why "I" came on here......to keep people honest. The waters are already muddied up enough, without adding more BS stories to the pile. Unless I have been misled and Cant Say isn't Tony.
