I would be interested to know after Suzie made her statement about her knowledge of the break-in is whether she was communicating with one or multiple officers.

It is obvious that a police officer would be one of the few people who would be “trusted” enough to be allowed entry.

You may not know the answer to this question but even speculation would be appreciated. Thank you.

Mr. Streeter, I appreciate your presence and your candor, truly. You certainly don't have to put yourself through the angst you must feel over this subject by reading or answering any of a sleuthing board's many speculations and accusations, especially those including you. I want to thank you though for your responses. Having a chance to see what you say and how you say it has been an invaluable opportunity to understand just a little who you are and where you're coming from. I respect your voice. My hope is that someday we will know what really happened and by whom. My sincere condolences for the painful loss of your family members, Mr Streeter, no one deserved this ending.

Bartt, a few months back when you were last on here you said you did not believe your sister's car was used by any graverobber the night of the vandalism nor when the teeth were pawned....do you stand by that statement 100%?

And the reason that I asked that question years ago was I knew that if either one of those questions were true. That my mother would have gone into Mama Bear mode there would be a paper trail of my mother and sister speaking with someone at the SPD or another law enforcement agency soon after the robbery and a continuing paper trail of conversations with some form of LE until their abductions.
There were paper trails and your sister did speak with LE...

Verifiable proof.

So what are we left with? Did Ms Sherrill have a guest in the house already thinking the young ladies had plans and would not be home? Did Mr Cox somehow gain entry by feigning car trouble and their lights are on and he further greases the wheels by admitting he works with Stacys dad?
The house they lived in has been remodeled. The main structure of the house probably hasn't changed much. Here's a few photos of the house and yard.

Interesting.. thanks Bartt for answering

So why do you think your sister was asked to leave work and come down to the station? Why would she be a party the cops even cared about? They didn’t ask Mike’s girlfriend. Just Suzie. Why do you suppose? Dusty didnt even take part in the robbing......so why bother with his gf?

Do we really have to play the same old games over and over again ?

We are aware of the single cursory interview, that ONE is documented and verified.

You posted "Paper Trails" plural not singular.

Do you have verifiable proof of more than the single cursory interview ?

We are both far too intelligent to play these games.

You mean multiple interviews including Allen Neal?

by the way Ms. Clay proves this fact with Mike’s lawyer’s discovery files/vandal case files as well. Perhaps she could share that document with you? It’s in her posting history.... Suzie DID speak with LE and there’s a literal paper trail

Mark Webb goes into detail about Suzie talking to the police around the 24 minute mark of “Disappeared”

Firstly, I don't know my sister was asked to leave work and go to the police station

Asking questions laced with assumptions is boring and I've seen it done time and time again.

I had planned on taking a couple days reprieve from this.

However, I was awkoken once again by a nightmare very very early this morning so I made a cup of Sleepytime tea and while doing so, my mind palace recalled an old Twilight Zone episode staring William Shatner.

He is on an airplane in mid flight in stormy conditions and he looks out the window next to his seat and there is this monstrous creature ripping away at the wing of the aircraft, and when he quietly brings this to the attention of the flight attendant she looks out the window and she doesn't see any creature and she of course is somewhat patronising towards Shatner and reassures him there is no real danger, but after she leaves and he looks out the window again there is the creature ripping parts from the wing again, now somewhat traumatized he is frantic and his behavior is becoming bizarre and troubling and is now alarming the other passengers so the flight attendant notifies the flight crew and one of them comes to assess the situation and also in a patronizing way concedes to look out the window and he doesn't see the creature and is dubious of this Shatner fellows frantic behavior and now sees him as possibly a danger to the security of his plane and the other passengers, Shatner is now more shakin yet he is capable of settling himself but he must look out the window again and the creature is destroying the wing and nobody wants to believe him or their impending doom. And the next time he pulls up the windows blind the monsters creature is directly outside of the window staring back at him.

Now, this is from my memory so I don't know if that's exactly how the show went. I will say it was an unsettling thing to have pop into one's mind in the middle of the night.

After the cup of tea, I realized Twilight Zone as a whole and that episode is probably apropos for this long endured situation.

I’ve tried searching online but can’t find anywhere if the police actually confirmed two phone calls came to the house when JK said she was there. (not the caller’s identity but simply records of someone calling.) If not then it’s only her word, Possibly a red herring. It bothers me so much that JK essentially created, and has changed on TV the timeline. (7:30/ 9:30 when she started calling.) NO, I do NOT think she killed anyone, nor am I accusing anyone of anything. I simply think she knows something and her mother’s convenient alibi only fuels my suspicion. The fact that her mother and father accompanied her to the house the next day is also curious to me as they weren’t the best of friends with Sherrill or Suzie.

I first thought the girls didn’t make it home that night, and that Sherrill was only taken so the crime scene could be staged at the house. If something did happen at the parties Sherrill would ask questions/ know they went missing somewhere else. I now have some doubts about this theory, especially if Stacy’s blood/ footprint was truly found at the house, but still think someone who knew them is involved with luring them out. Why? That’s the age old question that’s haunted this case for almost thirty years. I do not believe in the Hospital theory at all, nor Cox, nor the porch lady sighting. I also believe the note of “using gas man as ruse” was another red herring someone wrote after seeing the original show. I also can’t understand why JK didn’t call Mrs. McCall immediately. With everything at the house it makes no sense to me.

On a separate post I mentioned a prank. If JK and friends were praking Suzie by calling before they could have said something was going down on graduation night. What if Stacy was originally in on the prank and went with SS so she could unlock the front door? JK saying someone called while she was there was a perfect way to draw attention to a mystery man. (yes, I am aware there was a man pranking the neighborhood at the time.) I find that even more convenient.

I’d also like to add that I was not even alive when these women went missing. I happen to stumble on this while reading missing person cases in 2014 and have never been able to forget it. I think about the women all the time and I have no clue as to why this case means so much to me. I suppose it’s because of how unfair it all is. Granted horrible things happen everyday, but Suzie and Stacy had their whole lives ahead of them and were celebrating a milestone in their lives.

I believe many locals are somewhat involved/ know something about this case, some of them with enough old money and influence to instill fear in possible whistleblowers.

I plan on traveling to Springfield in a few months with the attempts of befriending someone who was/ is close to JK and her friends. I believe without a shadow of a doubt that she knows something.

EDIT:
I would also like to add that I believe Sherrill parked in the carport thinking Suzie would not be home that evening, which offers a simple solution to their cars not being where they normally park.

In recent interviews with the people in charge of the investigation, it was confirmed that there is no evidence that could implicate anyone. That is why they are waiting for someone to come forward.
If you go to Springfield, it would be so great if you could find out who entered the house that night. I have read about this case, and (RUMOR ALERT) I found a comment (online)of someone who was at Sherril's house that night. That person said that one of the adults present at, what is thought to be, the crime scene was acting strange. The person with a suspicious behaviour happened to be the parent of some person that was present at the house as well. The person writing the comment said that it was strange to see them cleaning some things in the house, and that they were told not to do so.

Your sister was asked to the police station unless you think multiple cops are lying and their documentation of the events are also wrong......

I'm just asking why you think Suzie's statement mattered to the cops at all. Dusty didnt participate (testimony by him and Clay and Riedel separately state this)....so why was Suzie relevant to the cops?

Thanks in advance..

Was thinking about this case on my drive home. It’s scary to think of all the shady characters lurking around Springfield at the time.
Mr. Streeter, My heart goes out to you. I’m so sorry someone felt the need to destroy so many lives and I’m also sorry for all the unfair things people have said and done to you over the years. I hope to see this case solved.

Freaked me out watching as a child .

I just wanted to say I'm sorry for your loss. Most people on here probably never consider that you lost more in one day than many lose in several decades. I hope you keep in touch with Irisheyesofblue. She is smart has good Ideas that could help you get closer to solving this. Have a great week.
