"The Father" is NOT the father of ALL the children as per previous information.

It looks like it won't take long to figure this all out. MOO

"SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (Edited News Release) – A Noel, Mo. man has been charged in federal court with kidnapping the four-year-old daughter of a woman whose body was discovered in a suitcase last month.

Mahamud Tooxoow Mahamed, 37, a Somali national, was charged in a criminal complaint filed late Tuesday in the U.S. District Court in Springfield, Mo. Mahamed is not in federal custody and is a fugitive from justice.

According to an affidavit filed in support of the federal criminal complaint, the body of Jessica McCormack, of Noel, was discovered on July 29, 2019, near Missouri Highway 59 between Lanagan, Mo., and Noel. The last time McCormack was seen alive, the affidavit says, was when law enforcement officers responded to a call at her home on July 16, 2019. Also present in the residence were Mahamed, who was identified as McCormack’s paramour, and McCormack’s three daughters, identified in court documents as Jane Doe 1 (four years old), Jane Doe 2 (two years old), and Jane Doe 3 (six months old). Jane Doe 2 is Mahamed’s daughter.

McCormack’s children could not be located after her body was discovered and identified. An Amber Alert was issued for McCormack’s three children, who were located at a residence in Des Moines, Iowa, and taken into state custody on Aug. 8, 2019. According to the affidavit, a woman who formerly worked with Mahamed at the Tyson plant in Noel told law enforcement officers that Mahamed arrived at her Des Moines residence with the children on Aug. 5, 2019. She discovered he had left on Aug. 8, 2019, the affidavit says, when she found a note from Mahamed informing her that he could not care for the children.

Investigators confirmed with the father of McCormack’s oldest child that Mahamed did not have his consent to take Jane Doe 1 outside the state of Missouri. The biological father of Jane Doe 3 cannot be positively identified at this time..."

I’m sure that’s coming but I hope he wasn’t able to flee the country before they found her and figured this out.

Here’s a lengthy, detailed article I found while looking for an update on Jessica. There’s no real update, though. Her best friend says she had planned to leave the domestic situation the day she went missing.

Jessica McCormack's murder doesn't make any sense. The 25-year-old's partially-clothed body was discovered in a suitcase near Noel in late July. She was identified through dental records. Since her murder three months ago, her friends continue to search for answers.

"She told me, 'If I end up dead one day, Tito is going to be the reason,'" Bailey said. "She wanted to come visit. She was tired of all the fighting. It was an ongoing, everyday battle. Their relationship was very tumultuous. It was hardly ever good."

Poor Jessica. She tried.

It looks almost certain that this is a so-called "honor killing" for which the perpetrator will never be brought to justice.

It sickens me that this can happen in my country.

What do you mean? this happens all the time. Why is this considered an honour killing? The man was abusive and he killed her

Really? Somali nationals living in America consider themselves to be in undocumented Sharia law marriage to US women then murder them on the day they intended to leave them for another Somali and successfully flee all the way back to Somalia and post about it on social media? I certainly hope that doesn't happen all the time.

I like to think that in the vast majority of murder cases by a romantic partner, justice can be had.
