Guys,

It is absolutely disgusting and sickening to look at the pack of lies from pictures to the owners paying hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to put up these fake pictures and lying positive reviews. Every one of those photos and reviews is fabricated. Even their Student and Parent handbook which is available talking about how they never use physical abuse against children!!! It's all a scam!

Here's the site itself: Agapé Boarding School for Boys | An Affordable School for Troubled Boys

People working to close Agape from former students, former staff, and former clergy, are saying the photos and food they show, even their own pictures are all scripted designed to con unsuspecting students and parents into taking your money. About $4000 a year to beat the "You Know What" out of your kids. Some of those photos are stock pictures that have been up for more than 15 years, and have nothing to do with what really goes on at Agape!

There are even more was Websleuths can help. My Web of Trust (WOT) is an website plug in that provides real-time reputation ratings for websites in terms of web-safety from malware and phishing, as well as child-safety. Used by millions, registered users can leave reputation ratings about the webpages that they visit. The problem right now is that Agape Boarding School is rated highly on Google and Yelp reviews, because the owners of Agape School and Ministries are using their loaded millions of dollars to write fabricated positive reviews to lure kids to a religious Nazi Concentration Camp. When the doors close, and the cameras are off, when the parents are gone, is where the horrors begin and have not stopped for over 30 years!

If anyone in the community is interested in rating down Agape through the Web of Trust plug in, just go download my WOT in each of the browsers that you use. It is available for Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge:

The more truthful negativity that is globally spread about Agape Boarding School. The better chances of it being shut down and the owners prosecuted and convicted. By helping to stop parents from sending their kids to Agape, you could save their life!

Parents who have troubled kids according to survivors of Agape Boarding School, have recommended Military School. They say military school has a more purposeful discipline to encourage real growth and service for people. There is no forced religion, and the kids at military school are treated with respect. Survivors of Agape have said that it is worse than prison. Even parents who have gotten their kids out of there have said that place is right out of the Holocaust from World War II.

Here is how to report Agape's website for fraud and ways to hurt its reputation so that parents can see "The truth" about this hell hole: (And save their children from abuse.)

1.) Go to Google Safe Browsing: Report a Phishing Page
2.) Report the site to Microsoft: Report an unsafe site - Microsoft Security Intelligence
3.) Report the site to the Federal Government for fraudulent business practices: ReportFraud.ftc.gov

PS.I accidentally re-posted the Google Safe Browsing and Microsoft Security Intelligence links a few posts above. But at least, we have the big three steps to take consolidated together. If anyone has more ideas to get this place shut down, and its owners prosecuted for child abuse, please post!

Correction,

The charge for Agape beating the tar out of your kid is about $4000 a MONTH, not $4000 a year as I incorrectly reported above. So parents are paying about $48,000 a year for their son to be restrained, tortured, beaten, physically, emotionally, and sexually abused. Let's just take that figure of $48,000 and say that horror of horrors that nothing gets done to this place or the people running it. Multiply $48,000 x 30 years. That's $1,440,000 (Or one million, four hundred forty thousand dollars) that parents are playing for their kids to be abused.

Even if you consider lesser costs in earlier years, OK, we'll take off that extra $440,000 if you want to look at lesser rates for earlier years. That's still close to an average of $10,000,000 (One million dollars.) No parent, no child, no family deserves to have to pay that kind of money for their child to be treated that way.

These dollar figures really drive home the horror question, of "Why the hell is this place still open?"

This is horrifying. Officials need to not only investigate Agape, they need to investigate the parents who sent their children there.

More Updates (For this person, below, we can use his full name, because he has been formally charged with attempted kidnapping of students and taking them against their will to Agape.) (He was Agape's former Dean of Students!)

A former dean of the Agape Boarding School in Stockton and the parent of a student have been arrested, according to U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California Philip A. Talbert.

Shana Gaviola and Julio Sandoval are accused of taking the student against his will and transporting him from Fresno, California, to Stockton. Sandoval worked at Agape for 10 years.

A federal indictment charged Gaviola, 35, and Sandoval, 41, with violating a protective order issued at the request of the student.

In addition to being dean of Agape Boarding School, Sandoval also founded an agency that transported minors to the school.

(Complete article here :

They did this to hundreds of kids, potentially thousands! Suspects BC. (Who is principal of the school) KC (Mother of suspect) DG (Involved with LE and has ties to owners of the school.) are next.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt has the ability to shut down Agape Boarding School any time he wants. The concern why he refuses. The parents and the local community don't know about the horrors of Apage Boarding School. Sources say that he is concerned about losing about 20% of strong Christian voters if he were to close the school. People should force him out of office if he does NOT close Agape. As what they are doing is certainly not Christian!

"Western District of Missouri Federal Court, which has jurisdiction over Agape Boarding School, sealed up so many criminal cases in the past 7 days I literally can't fit them on a single screen." (See Screenshot via Twitter)

Another article,

Request for staff to leave this thread open regardless of Monday's hearing outcome. There is still so much work to be done! Not only the prosecution and conviction of Agape Boarding School's abusers, but also to see that they serve prison time so that they can't just open up a school in another state. There are thousands of schools like Agape throughout the United States that are allowed to remain open, because there is little to no legislative oversight to protect kids from abuse in religious schools. This needs to change, so that children at both state and federal levels will be protected from abuse. And that religion is never forced on children by staff.

Update,

The former students are really frightened and thinking that nothing is going to happen at the Monday hearing meeting, (September 12, 2022) that Agape will stay open. (search on Internet for details- Agape Boarding School to close.)

In a nutshell:

Last night, September 7, 2022, the judge issued an order to close the school. We think Finally! Justice!

Today September 8, 2022, the judge wanted to know if an employee, charged with the sexual abuse of students is still working at Agape. The Child Molester has been added to a Child Sex Offender List around Mid to late August of this year. (The state of Missouri has a law that anyone on this list can't work at any childcare facility.)

The DA says the state has no record regarding if this individual is working at Agape or not.

The judge gave Agape's defense team until two days ago September 6, 2022 to present evidence as to if the child molester is employed at Agape or not. They never responded back.

Monday's hearing is to determine the status of this child molester's employment:

1.) If the evidence shows that he is still at Agape, the judge said he will close the school immediately!

2.) If the evidence shows that he is not at Agape, the hearing will determine if there were procedures followed for his termination. (The million dollar question: Does the school still close if it is determined that #2 is in effect?
)

The judge was actually supposed to close down the school Wednesday night, but on Thursday morning, changed his mind. He wants a hearing first. The defense got the hearing moved to Monday September 12.

The former students who have been working on this for 15-20 years are saying that the hearing delay just gives the defense team time to create a statement, (with the validity of toilet paper here, let's be real.) saying "OK, here judge, "Chester the Molester is no longer at Agape." The fear is that they will use that defense, and the judge will reverse his order allowing the school to stay open and the abuse to continue.

Many are in panic and tears as they know that Ceder County of Missouri has a very corrupt LE agency. At least two people in LE, have ties to the owners of the school! This delay allows them to further delay justice for these kids! (There are 62 students at Agape now.)

I am not from the area, and have no ties to Agape. But being disabled, and hearing the stories of several students who have become disabled because of being beaten at Agape, they are at a loss for where to turn if the school is not closed. They have waited 30 years for a decision that may not go their way.

Some have wanted to organize protests in large numbers because they believe that this is the only way that corrective action will be taken. If this decision on Monday allows Agape to stay open, I am wondering, if there is any actions that Websleuths users or staffers could suggest? We still have the approximately 19 cases of lawsuits against the owners, and those sealed documents of evidence against the staff. The guys won't stop until they get justice. However, I think they need to see some evidence that what they are doing is working in a negative way against the school.

This is the only private school's website I've ever seen that didn't have pictures and names of the staff!

A recent article on the case:

The worst of it is that the judge has sent the same sheriff who is in bed with the owners of the school to investigate! This is justice?

Some of the students who were abused at Agape for decades may protest if the school is allowed to remain open. They want to exercise their civil rights, whom many believe have not been heard. This is because no one has listened to the cries of the abused children of Agape for 30 years. A child could die at the hands of Agape Staff members if this place is not closed!

Satch

PS. The Kansas City Star link is subscription only! In a nutshell it said that the judge sent the "controversial" sheriff to the Agape property to see if the Abused staff member works their. BC, one of the major suspects, and reported by former students to be the most abusive said "He left yesterday as an employee. But still lives on the Agape property close to children." Remember Agape Boarding School and Agape Ministries, whom the abusers are both a part of on the same campus, sit on a 200-acre ranch. Many of the abusive staffers have homes right next to the school, and therefore very close to children!

Guys,

The hearing on closing Agape will be at 1:00PM (Missouri time) Monday September 12, 2022 Be there to support the students who want their voices to be heard if the school is not closed. They want their voices to be heard because for 30 years, the owners of the school have physically, sexually, and mentally abused them at the school and restrained them. Their cries and pleas for help have gone unanswered for 30 years by local and state government.

Will this judge listen and administer justice for the current and past students of Agape? Based on his education, I have my doubts: Background on the judge: David Munton

Forget Julio's employment or not. There are 63 boys at this school who could face death at the hands of Agape abuse if that school stays open! We had better hear from the judge and Attorney General Eric Schmitt:

"We are closing Agape Boarding School today, September 12, 2022 to protect the safety and welfare of the children who are currently enrolled there."
