MO - Stockton, Agape Boarding School-Allegations of Kids Abused for Over 30 Years

  • #81
Here is some of the law enforcement corruption questions problems with Agape: (From Twitter)

Facts:

1.) Why is the judge in this case the founder of the firm that represents Agape?

2.) Why is Ty Gaither prosecuting when he has many ties and sponsored a kid to go there?

3.) Why is the Sheriff's dept in charge of investigating when they have ties to the owner?

4.) It is known that Cedar County is a very strong Republican community, with concerns for politicians who are elected currently that they could lose up to twenty percent of votes from the extremist Christian-Southern Baptist Community if Aapae were to close.

5.) The parents of the kids a lot of times have turned deaf ears and blind eyes to the cries of the children at Agape. Tragically, these so-called "schools" are brainwashing, forced, religion, abusive concentration camp cults, who's sadistic owners and staff do what they want to kids when the doors are closed and the parents leave. These cults are all over the world, not just the United States, have become dumping grounds for parents who don't want to deal with their troubled kids anymore.

Thank you everyone!

A special request to our amazing mod staff to keep this thread open regardless of the outcome of Monday's hearing. There will be much work to do, among seeking that the owners of the school are prosecuted and convicted for child abuse, and sentenced to long prison terms.

Furthermore, because there is so much discretion with state law, with thousands of these hell-holes, know as religious concentration camps, (but masquerading as "schools") federal intervention needs to be taken. Some amendment to our US Constitution that says, "Although Congress can make no law regarding the freedom of religion, it is unlawful to abuse people, especially minor children, who don't believe in religious principles or doctrines being taught. Convictions of perpetrators who engage in these behaviors could be sent to jail or prison based on the longevity of the crimes committed and the severity of the offense.

The practice of religion should be an optional, free, and loving experience to promote peace, good-will, and love. Parents of minor children must have access to communication with these children in these facilities at any time, and for any reason. Religion should be about love, care, and compassion. Not hatred, abuse, restraints, beatings, and starvation, for those who don't comply to values taught.

Disgusting and sickening! This hell hole will remain open! I can't even put into words my feelings for these poor kids, because those words would violate Websleuths TOS policies. I can't believe this! In tears! We need the feds to come in there.

I have learned that there may be protests as the only way to get justice. This is catastrophic! That judge is in bed with the defense team! The whole system in Ceder County is corrupt! He wouldn't even allow state witnesses to testify!!!!

Forget that next September hearing. That's just another delay tactic! There is no justice in "Misery!"

I don't know where I am angry or sad! I am so sorry @Satch

How incredibly frustrating and disingenuous to not even listen to the state!

I have been Google searching results on the topic "Victims of Crime and Justice Denied" and came across a site called Vera. It seems to be a national program designed to help victims of crime, problems with incarceration policies, and policy reforms to make sure that people are treated with fairness and dignity. Have a look:

Guys,

Looking for help for a social media friend who was an abused victim of Apage Boarding School.

A great guy who has spent several decades pursuing justice against Agape. We he was a student there, they beat on him for hours and broke his spine. He has had multiple surgeries and stress from Agape that is beyond comprehension. His life was/is shattered today from that judge's decision to keep the school open.

His name's Brett, and he is looking for any possible ways that he can get justice for himself and for the victims of Agape. Looking for any kind of "non-violent" options out there that can be used against the owners of the school to save these kids!

If anyone out there knows a way to take steps to get Missouri's laws changed, he is looking for any kind of help, so that there can be something that can still be done to shut this place down. Obviously, the local LE has ties to the owners, same with the judge, and even the local prosecutor. Nothing but playing the blame game between the local prosecutor and the district attorney. It seems if there is going to be even a chance at justice for these kids, legal proceedings are going to have to be moved to a different courthouse venue.

I am going to give you his Twitter handles. If there are any legal people, on Websleuths or ways to get a class-action suit going against Agape, please reach out to him. This simply can not end like this for the thousands of kids that have been physically, mentally, and sexually beaten and abused. Much of this is due to the corrupt actions of a local county judge, and a DA, who has done nothing to help these kids for years. Missouri's DA only filing that motion with the court above, because it's an election year for him. That action meant nothing! Brett's Twitter handles:

Exposing Agape Boarding School: @ExposingAgapeBoardingSchool (Info on his work against Agape)

Brett's Regular Twitter page: @BossBunny@503

His page devoted to troubled teens, anti-child abuse, police brutality, social and economic issues of troubled teens: @SpareTheRodHQ

With Websleuths being global and not local, maybe some insiders may have some options for him.

The current outcome for what is happening at this place, needs advocacy for policy change to protect the children of Agape Boarding School, who need a place in which to turn for help. Thank you!

I would like to see the survivors of Agape Boarding School do a Netflix or HBO Max documentary telling the stories of the corruption of that place, and its decades of abuse, as well as the corruption of Ceder County law enforcement officials. It would spread the word about its horrors on a global level.

These are the two horrible despicable people that have the power to close Agape Boarding School at any time, and refuse to do their jobs in the name of justice for the children being abused, starved, restrained, beaten, and brainwashed. Vote them out now! They are Missouri General Eric Schmitt and Ceder County judge David Munton

They are standing in the way of closing that cult, disguised as a school!

Some people will endorse just about anything, as long as it calls itself "Christian", which makes real Christians look terrible.

As of now,

The judge has appointed two Missouri Department of Social Service reps to be at Agape 24x7. (He ruled this at Monday's hearing.) The problem is that Apape is a master at hiding criminal behaviors during parent visits, and state inspections. In a couple weeks, they will present a report to the judge of "no abuse going on." DSS won't see a need to be there and the report and the defense team will say how "Wonderful Agape is." and the judge is going to dismiss the state's case.

Does anyone feel otherwise?

Guys,

I contacted Brett on Twitter and he says, "Anything non-violent is on the table" to do the following things:

1.) Shut down Agape permanently
2.) Prosecute all known staffers for child abuse and convict them with long prison terms.
3.) Compensations for past and current victims of Agape, who have been abused, beaten, and raped for over 30 years.

We know that many speaking out range from age 20 to about 40. They have been waiting for justice for 20 years or more.

Can't we at least get their website taken down? Agapé Boarding School for Boys | An Affordable School for Troubled Boys It's all lies and deception, and that's what poor clueless parents who have no idea of what is happening are looking at when they are sending their kids there. There has to be some kind of global nationwide imprint that can stick to force the owners of the school, and the corrupt law enforcement of Cedar County Missouri out of power.

A copy of Agape Boarding School's strict Ant-Deformation Policy, which parents sign upon admitting their kids. It basically says that Agape won't allow anyone to say anything bad about them, so they can beat the living tar, sexually, mentally, and physically abuse the kids there. Who the hell would send their kid there under these conditions?

That might intimidate some parents, but pretty sure it can't be enforced. No anti-defamation or non-disclosure contract can be enforced if the violation is related to illegal activities, especially if its activity under investigation by a government entity. IOW, they can't enforce it if the school has been breaking the law, especially if they're under investigation.

Ways to help get Agape Boarding School's website taken down for fraud:

Agape's website, Agapé Boarding School for Boys | An Affordable School for Troubled Boys needs to be expunged from the Internet to stop future parents from sending their kids there!
