I'm not sure about the big design, but the two names in small print are both rappers. J[on] Ditty is a rapper/songwriter from Dunedin FL and J Dawg is from Garden City/Houston Texas. They're both well known and definitely still alive.

Has Jeremy Sirkel ever been ruled out? Similar H/W, also has scars on his arm/wrist. The only disaparity is the tattoos, but the reporting party might not have known about the chest tattoo. Plus the J-dog nickname and him being Jeremy.

The condition stated his decomposition was advanced and he was unrecognisable. I doubt showing his face would have been helpful.

That sounds like a maybe but the Tattoo is the issue. Do we know if decomp was so bad on his neck maybe they no longer could see the neck tattoo. But the chest tattoo is what im wondering.

So I have heard that decomp happens faster in areas of injury . So his body seems photogenic if a face shot is not possible I am left with an unfounded theory of a head injury. I think your deduction is a sound one.

No luck on tattoo yet. Anyone else think it says GOD? Possible link to Assyrian Brotherhood. There was a J. Dawg tried for racketeering + all around this time. Might be a stretch. But they are signing TX as well. I found a man missing TX around same time frame. Who do I forward it too so they can pull file to see if related? What i see online is limited of Missing person.
