Are you allowed to link to her Tumblr page?
Someone did up thread but not everyone can see it as you need an account to view.

Not sure what to think about the scanner audio being pulled from 4:30-10:30 am. :/

They wouldn't have even known that she was missing until afternoon of 1/15. So why take all the way till 10:30am out?

hmmm. Sorry, i'm even more skeptical about what happened in that time period now.
Wait, what? So was the audio pulled recently or would it have had to have been pulled around that time? That's definitely odd.

So... you folks got me interested in re-watching the video of the stop, and you're right... the stop happens much closer to the QuikTrip than we were told.

Not only that, but in the video, which was provided by J.D.Byrider, a place across the street from the KwikTrip, it looks like she was actually stopped on W 26 Ave. Toni clearly signals a right turn as she leaves the traffic stop!

It's really hard to make out, though.... so I'm not sure what exactly is going on... I have to admit, I just assumed it was two different videos, since the stop allegedly started way up the street. But it's clearly just one video... I think?

Is there one thing that has been consistently reported in this case outside of the fact Toni is missing?

I'm trying to nail this down too. Thanks for adding this.

Also trying to determine how common it is for police to pull scanner audio. Here's one article I found which seemingly suggests the practice of silencing/pulling it is considered reasonable. http://www.theverge.com/2013/4/19/4243766/why-are-police-scanners-open-to-the-public

Does anyone know if a journalist has officially tried to FOIA the scanner feed from those hours?

does anyone have a link stating that the police followed her to the quiktrip, all i have seen is they watched her pull in to the quiktrip.

When I go back and read some of the reporting (like this one: http://fox4kc.com/2017/01/18/police...ans-steps-after-traffic-stop-with-nkc-police/), it sounds like they're saying the stop was near the QuikTrip at these crossroads. Are they actually using the crossroads to describe where the QT is that they headed toward, rather than using the streets to describe where she was first stopped? Can anyone local take a look at these vids and decipher whether the stops shown match up to the LEO statements?

Yes, it was a police officer interviewed on camera who said this. I'll see if I can find it.

Not saying this is a likely option, but in addition to help, they might also have access to places where it could be stored out of sight. Or they might be hired to change the appearance of a car too, I suppose. One of the ones I saw in the area advertised for painting/detailing.

Speaking of stored out of sight...

I am interested in learning more about the caves and subtropolis. I believe it was mentioned at some point in the thread but don't think it was ever answered. Any locals who can shed some light. Facebook has some interesting pictures of the access points to these places and they look like you can just drive right in.

Here is one:

A North Kansas City police officer pulled Toni's 2014 Ford Focus over for an illegal lane change in northwest Kansas City. The officer gave Anderson a warning, then escorted her to a QuikTrip to get gas.

that one only says watched too, not followed. tho the next link does say escorted, not sure its important anyway, just trying to figure it out.

"So the officer just told her, you know, 'there's a gas station right there,' gave her a warning for the violation, and watched her actually go to the QuikTrip and that's the last we have seen of her," Snapp explained.

If I am remembering correctly, KWCH is the only station that reported she was escorted. They also stated they were still working to get her gps/tracker information after we knew it from other reports it quit working at or near QT.

Either she was low on gas or officer not saying something. First thing an officer does when someone says low on gas is to take the birds eye view of gauge in car to confirm they are low on fuel.

Are you thinking she was pulled over right here?? She signals right so she'd be going right in the QT. If you look on Google street view, you can see 2 cameras on the top of the business across the street.
