32 miles north of the QT. Has to be considered but with the amount of bodies turning up around KC lately it could be anyone! The poor families, it must be hell!
Hello, I'm new here and appreciate reading your various contributions.
The more I'm studying Toni's case, the more I'm thinking her disappearance involves a money-related issue. If in fact she wanted to withdraw money and was unsuccessful in doing so where then might she have gone to resolve that issue? Was she on her way back home or to another location to get a loan to make a purchase? Possibly even work...
Something happening on the way to a source so that Toni can then therefore successfully make the transaction or during the time with a source to do so is one of my most likely theories. I would inquire in an area from her last known location (The QT convenience store near where pulled over) out a distance she would have traveled from there to when her last text was made. And a little further beyond. It's possible too she concludes, screw it if I can't get money for my after work activities, I'll just go home and call it a night.
That doesn't answer what party might have taken or harmed Toni. It would give a concentrated area to go to seek clues which then might be revealed.
To add, I don't quite understand a need for the dash cam and other videos. I would think differently say if someone at the fuel station witnessed something peculiar happening in the exchange between she and the officer during that stop where further inquiry is warranted. And finally, there seems to be a lot of information being shared that doesn't necessarily seem all that reliable including reports by some persons claiming to have encountered law-enforcement impostors.
I don't even know what to say other than if I ever have to drive through Kansas City, I am only doing it with armed guards.

I've been quiet because I just don't know. My questions are unanswered. Where do the declined ATM transactions fit? How much gas did she buy?I'll post this again, since some people seem to have missed it:
According to officer Snapp:
"the QuikTrip video shows her literally pulling up to a gas pump, getting gas, and then leaving on her own. She was the only one in the vehicle that we could tell."
source: https://twitter.com/Jhelmuth/status/822545252963774464
According to this, the only thing she did was buy gas. She did not go into the QuikTrip. She did not attempt to use an ATM. She was not trying to get money.
There would be no apparent reason for her to go to this QuikTrip, other than to meet someone either there or nearby.
Map of last contact and this location?Good grief, another one? What the heck is going on there?
