I know this topic is being beat to death... but I looked up some info last night and might as well post it.

According to google maps:
- QuikTrip to Shady Lady: 11 minutes
- QuikTrip to Bank of the West to Shady Lady: 9 + 14 = 23 minutes

So it doesn't add that much time. The extra gas would be under a dollar.

Chances are good she could technically have been able to use one of the 4 ATMs near or in the QuikTrip with her Bank of the West card. Her bank charges $0 or $1 and most bank-affiliated "ATM operators" charge $2.50 to $3.00, so the total fee wouldn't be much. It seems debatable whether or not she would travel to the Bank of the West just to avoid known charges, however, she may have had no idea what ATM she could use or how much it would cost.

The latest article tends to imply she didn't go to her bank, though, since she went to "parts unknown." If she went to the bank the police would know all about it. Hopefully we eventually get more details about her movements up near Parkville.

I've always thought that if she did go to her bank, then getting car-jacked at the bank or shortly after visiting it would be a good theory. Just going by what the police are saying this doesn't seem likely.

One point, though: if she were planning to travel, and was driving near her bank, wouldn't she stop in for some cash? I would really like to know whether she visited her bank or not.

Kansas City has quite a few carjackings done by young people. Sometimes the person being carjacked is made to drive around ends up raped and killed. Let's say Toni pays for her gas and pulls out a wad of bills to pay for her gas. A couple of young crooks see this, follow her and end up doing something with Toni and her car. I know it would seem the car would have already been found but maybe not if it's hid good enough, taken out of the city etc. Also you would think surveillance video in the QT would have shown any suspicious individuals but possibly some how it's been over looked or it just wasn't caught on camera. Also could be why they haven't released the video and they do have some people of interest they're trying to find.

Thats how my uncle was murdered. Followed from an ATM. Followed for hours actually.

I saw your question about the lights before and I don't really have an answer. I also don't find it very significant, though. I guess I should rewatch the video...

As for the other bank ATMs, I will say that I personally *never* use an ATM that isn't specifically owned by my bank. Will those other ATMs even work for other banks? I don't think so. And I don't use generic ATMs (which those other two are not) because the fees are too high. The fees are not posted (on the machine)! How do you even know what the fees are? Screw that.

TBS, it's one of the most significant aspects of this case. Had she really been been pulled over, her car would've been facing west. Two cars, ultimately, got behind her after Toni had already made a u-turn herself. The cops were suspicious of why she was standing idle on a dead-end street and that is quite different from what we've been told. She could have but failed to turn right/south to use the atm at the dealership.

Assuming she was driving north, Toni would've passed three atm's and a chance to fill up her tank. Snapp commented about the officer wanting to make sure her story was straight. This refers to them watching her go to the QT and this happened because a black focus with tinted windows stood idle waiting for GOD KNOWS WHAT?

I wanted to add this article to my previous post about why I feel hiding the fact Toni is a dancer is relevant to this case but waited to long to do an edit. Societies views on being a dancer and or prostitute could have contributed to why Toni is missing.

http://www.pantsuitpoliticsshow.com/new-blog/2016/6/26/prostitutes-vs-strippers-a-comparison

The fact that she worked at Chrome and the Outhouse in ANY capacity is relevant. Not a person on here has ever said that information was not relevant. In my response to you, I was stating that unless you know for a fact how Mrs. Anderson feels embarrassed by her daughters choice of work, you shouldn't speculate. These are victims families that could potentially be on here, hoping that Toni's case is still relevant to some people, and is still being thought upon. I know that sometimes when we are not agreed with on here it's easy to be on the defense. I know how some people view her lifestyle, and I'm sure everyone else on here does too- You may, or may not be right, but that doesn't matter. We are all here to keep mulling cases like this over and bring new ideas to light that we may not have thought about before. The families are considered victims as well, and we should be respectful. You have brought a lot of questions and theory's to the table here - all great thoughts. Please know this message comes with good intentions. Thx

Or maybe the police know things that they aren't telling us.

Such as? Any thoughts 501?

If this happened, we'd know because banks have records.

So if she did and we don't know, it's because of poor police work or them holding back information, similar to how dashcam and QT surveillance.

I don't rule out CI situation or even police corruption. Why? because the evidence we currently have, supports it still. When police release the dashcam/QT surveillance, that may exclude them.

imo, they are still suspicious. Not likely, but would be silly to exclude them at this point.

Unfortunately I have to agree. It seems like a lot of information- for NO information. It's almost like they ended up exactly where we all are and they get to interview suspects. They basically cleared a second stop scenario with the time she left qt- and a definite presence in Parkville until 6am. Am I missing anything? Thx

When you need to use an ATM do you just stop in at the first one you come across? The majority of people that I know don't. The majority of people that I know refuse to pay those fees as a matter of principle. Maybe that's not normal? I honestly don't know. But it is certainly not outside the realm of possiblity.

I have never, in my entire life, used an ATM other than one owned by my bank. Maybe that's why I don't see going to the correct ATM as odd and others do. I don't know.

I seriously don't care and many people I know don't. Many people in my circle are used to paying extra fees for money. I.E. fees for loans, fees for cash back, and more. Just depends on your way of handling money. I think it would depend on TA and her priorities. Usually at night, I pick the most lit and safe ATM.

Remember Jaren Lockhart?

Its.possible she went with some not so nice ppl after work.

It sounds like they're now saying she never attempted at an ATM. I think that's trash because the early reports were quite clear. It will probably take a PI to verify the atm and timeline. That is essential to understanding the truth from fiction in this case.

Anderson says Toni tried to make two ATM withdrawals at 4:33 a.m., which Anderson says would have been right before she texted her friend at 4:42 a.m. that she had been pulled over by police.

Where does this information come from?? Now I am confused.

The area just west of parkville along the MO River is miles and miles of no mans land. It would take months to search it.

How could we possibly know? I could speculate what LE knows and we don't, but in speculating the possibilities could be anything from a sex trafficking abduction to an alien abduction. Even using what we do know there's plenty to speculate.

Is it possible that going north on Burlington she could have made a left on to 23rd st and came out on 26th street and made a right, now facing the QT across the street?
Maybe she was was going to make a right onto 23rd and made a wrong turn. There are homes to the right.
This makes more sense to me.

That it is. Which is exactly why it would be likely chosen as an area for making someone (and their car) disappear.

This is what Snapp told O'brien when the video was released. None of the three cars can be seen turning onto 26th in the footage. He's basically lying with his description. This means that Toni had already turned onto 26th and made the u-turn. She was already there before the cop/s started approaching 26th.

"He'll come across the street and do a u-turn and turn his lights, park directly behind her."

But this doesn't mean she made a U-turn as well. Or does the footage say that?

Saw on one of the Facebook pages for TA someone posted about a body in Ray County on 210? Did anyone else see this?
