I'm going back to the timeline I posted. The drug dealer and another guy were at the club Chrome the evening and morning Toni didn't show to buy drugs from him. He was waiting to meet her at a body shop behind the other QT mentioned, not the one she bought gas at. Could she have been lost or taken a wrong turn to get to the body shop?
She tried to withdraw money, maybe didn't have enough money after buying gas to buy the drugs. Possibly should wanted more money after buying gas and what she would need to buy drugs. The timeline is so close together I can't shake the drug dealer is involved in her disappearance in some way. He supposedly made that last text to her but did she text him back? The questioning of a second pull over and then a stripper she knew from Shady Lady reports she had a police impersonator try and pull her over. All of these people are connected through strip clubs and to Toni. Body shop could have easily gotten rid of car. It was said by a reliable source Toni banked in Parkville. Possibly this has a connection too. Bank, money, Toni going to Parkville to get money out of her bank account In Parkville.

According to PS Sr., the drug dealer contact had been questioned and cleared early on. His apparent story was he fell asleep in his car at the body shop during the time in question. (How anyone could sleep in a car in the middle of the night in freezing temperatures is unclear to me.)

This is the first that I've read this - And I don't recall missing any posts here! Is there a link to this? Sorry, if I missed it.

This has not been confirmed, but if rumors in the fb group and 'civilian activists' are true, then yes, that is the same guy. (JMO)

I haven't heard anything on who she banks with. Nothing in MSM, LE, or even fb posts.

I have my own hypothesis that she banked with Commerce Bank. Commerce Bank have 24/7 ATMs located in NKC and Parkville. I believe she was trying to access the NKC Commerce Bank ATM when she got pulled over. She tried the Quiktrip ATM, but got denied. She wanted to get away from the cops and needed to use a Commerce Bank ATM so she went to the nearest one, which was in Parkville. I have a previous post that showed a map with directions of how she would have access the ATM in NKC. You can't uTurn on Burlington. You have to take a left, turn around, and then take a right back onto Burlington to go in the other direction. See my previous posts for more details.

When the ping from Parkville was first told to the public, it came out on the Missing Angels WYCO facebook page. Alissa Cordova, the founder of this Missing Persons nonprofit, posted this info and also posted that Toni banked in Parkville, she emphasized, making deposits. Alissa C. at the time this was posted was working with Pete Sr and Pete Jr to find Toni. I find this information credible.

Here's what A. Cordova said in her post

she goes to Parkville regularly her bank was there and deposited funds once or twice a week. The information has been known for awhile but was just released to public yesterday. We decided to release the information ourselves to media and social media. We most definitely have been checking out her social media in regards to this information and have decided to do a search on Saturday morning in Parkville which the community is asked to come help.

People are judgemental and they would have known it would hurt the public's view of her and possibly stop people from looking or donating money. From the looks of how the money came into the GoFundMe, the news of how she earned her money did stop donations.

Just my opinion here, but I don't think her occupation was the big issue at all as to why donations stopped coming in. It was more about information regarding Peter Jr. that was the issue. Even right on the gofundme page there were comments about Pete Jr and not to trust/donate him. I don't doubt that there are some people who are judgmental enough that they wouldn't donate because of her occupation, but I think it was the potential scam aspect, not her occupation.

I myself would have donated but after reading the comments, figured I'd wait until things shook out some. I'm glad I made that decision, because there is no reward and no PI. (that I know of)

In the UK though if you can't get money out of one ATM then you won't be able to get money out from any other ATM's if you've got insufficient funds in, is it different in the US or do you mean she'll of being going to use a different card from a different account in parkville???

I wouldn't say it is fact yet as LE or MSM (except CNN) has not mentioned it, but a lot of Toni's friends and coworkers sure think it is true. They claim that he was at Chrome until close and that Toni was supposed to meet him at the body shop. He is also the person who last sent a text to Toni (4:53am). The content of the text has not been released.
I haven't heard anything about the shady lady connection.

On this topic of iCloud data. I think it'd be worthwhile for apple to have a service option that allowed you to store your primary keycode in case of an emergency such as this. There would be a secondary keycode that a family member or someone you trust would have that would be used to unencrypt the primary keycode. But that secondary keycode could only be used in the event of a missing persons case or death. That way apple could maintain their strong encryption. Since it'd be an opt-in service, it doesn't prevent those that want complete security from getting that if they wanted it.

I didn't realize Peted Jr. had said early on the last ping came from Parkville. I do know Pete Sr. told me they had known about the Ping from Parkville early on but he didn't disclose the source.

I'm only an insider by way of Facebook. Family and fiends of Toni and Pete post in groups on Facebook discussing Toni being missing. Even with them the information we know about her being missing is very very limited.

One thing about Toni is she has the ability to change her looks. Notice how much different she looks in her photos. Not just the hair color but weight loss and gain and also her use of makeup. I don't even know if I would recognize her if I saw her in person.

I would be livid if someone went through my accounts and made changes. Again, out of line. Seems controlling.

I'm thinking the parents cleaned out her apartment, "It's what they had to do, for now" because they want to be separated from shady characters who could start tampering with, selling her stuff or claiming as their own as they have Toni.

If you're at a Commerce ATM there would be no reason to go to another one or a Commerce bank on a Sunday morning.

The only way she went to Parkville to bank is if her personal bank was *not* Commerce. That is, different from her parents.

I don't believe her bank was in Parkville, by the way. That makes zero sense. You live downtown, your bank is downtown.

I believe she did use the drive-up Commerce ATM in NKC. Timing puts ATM use directly after the traffic stop. Officer Snapp said she pumped gas at the QuikTrip and left. I've been assuming she tried her ATM card at the pump, but it is far more likely she used the ATM outside J.D.Byrider, given that she did signal a right turn.

Imo- there's no reason to say this. It simply widens the divide between the people that care about Toni. The byproduct is more sympathy for PSJr, more judgement on the Andersons. I no longer visit the fb page because I have a bad habit of wanting to call people out mixed with terrible impulse control. I do feel bad for everyone in the situation (for now) but some statements are just so irresponsible. I mean, if you tell your son to get off social media because of threats etc, you'd think it would be common sense to not then get on social media and say something so harsh about a woman that everyone is watching. Really? (edit: not directed at you, directed at this rumor) I don't believe the interracial thing for a second. Toni's social media was obviously not for her parents' consumption. *None* of her social media had a lot about Pete. Her most secret place was probaby tumblr, and she never mentioned him there at all, that I recall.

Many others have alluded to the fact that PS seems to be a source of misinformation in that group. I think he is prone to accepting rumors and then repeating them as fact. That is JMO, of course.

Maybe it's just me looking at all the unsolved missing person cases in KC, but I think you might have a bit more faith than I do in them

This would also explain the declined transactions.
Let's say she didn't make the money she needed to because of the weather that night.
Thinking, thinking.
On her way to her destination she stops at the ATM and takes out the allowed amount for an ATM.
She gets pulled over and then tries to attempt another withdrawal, but the card flags and declines from the previous withdrawal moments earlier.

As in most cities, there are different banks with branches all over KC with 24/7 ATMs. Instead of Commerce Bank, with whom - to my knowledge - there is no evidence Toni had an account, I'd lean toward Bank of the West, since she DID do banking with them. Although they have a 24/7 ATM in Parkville - which would correlate with a Parkville cell tower ping - it was pointed out (by AceDetective) that it would make more sense to bank downtown (near her loft), where Bank of the West also has branches.
