Mommy Dog and Puppies Rescued

On Monday, the Colonial Heights Shelter in Virginia, posted heartbreaking photos of a severely neglected German shepherd and her newborn puppies.

The family was discovered in another county by a good Samaritan who reached out to the facility. Though the dog and her babies were from another area, the shelter knew that they had to help.

Thank God they were rescued. I hate people who leave animals like this, horrible. (if that is what happened)

I pray her and her babies will get good care and a nice, warm , loving fur-ever home.
