IMO, judge needs to shut up.

For anyone who is concerned, you will get to see the video of this hearing later.... it will be available in at least one (and likely more than 1) place online.

The judge agrees with Livesay that there has been no substantial change in the Moorer's situation since their last bond hearing. Now he's politely schooling again.....

SHUT UP JUDGE

This case is not about Youuuuuuuu and your feeeeeelings.

Oh FFS he's talking about common law of 1756. SHUT UP!

I am getting a not so good feeling about this, the judge is explaining the law and the reasons they are in the court today, he is speaking to the procecutor respectfully and "I agree with you but in this particular situation..."

jmo
Please post a replay-when available, I need to hear this all again.

Video of truck is not sounding too promising so far IMO.

Wonder if judge is up for election.

Uh, the judge is stepping all over the prosecution. This doesn't look good for keeping them inside until trial.

It almost sounds like the judge is talking in order to explain why he is going to rule the way he is...which sounds like he's going to give them bond. Unless i'm missing the meaning of his speech to the prosecutor here.

Wish the Judge would let Solicitor speak, she can't get a word in!

  • #196
The defense got their turn, he needs to shut up and let the state have their say.

I think a lot was hanging on dna evidence a year ago... If there isn't any then there must be something else fairly substantial? Or is there?

Judge is asking about the M's being a flight risk. The fact that the M's were denied bail last time is no longer valid since it's now been over 6 months since they've incarcerated.

Solicitor is saying yes they are a risk... they travel a lot, don't have kids in school, could up and leave without anyone knowing.

"jump up and move without anyone knowing", say Nancy Livesay.

I think that's a lame offense.
