I think they're going to get out

I'm thinking the judge may grant defense motion for bond.

She's explaining they are a flight risk,

I sure wish he would quit telling his own "good ol' days" stories.

Sounds like they will get out, but will SM & TM stay together or will there be a separation, this is so ugly...
This is a dangerous situation for those children. IMO

I like this judge. He seems slow and methodical and keeps referencing what the constitution says. I may not like his ruling if he sets them free...but he seems like a reasonable judge to me.

I think he's going to let them out as well. :(
I wouldn't care as much if it were just him but......her??

The prosecutor asking that bond be denied, since nothing has changed is worrisome!

Part of statute but, not a very strong stance IMO.

he sure loves to talk. will he be the presiding judge on the trial? that will be a long one. sheesh.

It doesn't sound good. I am wondering if he is going to lower bond...

It might be fun to have Tammy on SM again:)

He acts like he's at a cocktail party holding "court".

I could do without the walk down Memory Lane!

It's like he's building his resume. How many anecdotes has he told? We get it, you're all judgy. Shut up and listen.

Oh here he goes again. Talking about a case he had in 1994 with a defendant who was from Brazil and he was bonded out.

He even is talking about some prior solicitor who dropped charges because while that solicitor personally believed the defendant was guilty he didn't think he could prove it.

Sounds like they are getting bond

  • #219
She said they have NO direct evidence.

  • #220
Livesay says they have no direct evidence at this time. :(
