Cindy is one lone voice. There's others that have spoken about the conflict between Casey and Cindy. Cindy's own mother stated that she thought that Casey hated her mother more than she loved Caylee. That's a very strong statement. JG witnessed the conflict first hand, when Cindy verbally belittled Casey in front of him. The neighbors have spoken about hearing fighting between Cindy and Casey, with Casey using foul language. I'm sure there's others who can speak to the ongoing conflict between Casey and Cindy.

And we can hear for ourselves, on the 911/LE call-when CA is being transferred by Orlando to Orange Co. and is on hold, you can hear CA threaten KC that she was going to get DCS involved-Here's link:

Early on there was something on her page that referred to a brothel...

It may still be on the other site. But you would have to go way back to last summer.
Supposedly Casey was an escort and brought Caylee to work with her.
I do not know and I would not be surprised.

at home first started. That is how they learned that there was no Universal Studios.

I think LE needs to look into this factor in more detail and depth, because I think KC was relying on the relationship with TonE to liberate her from her prior circumstances.

You bring up a good, and I think important, point. I have always thought that there is more with Tony, either an interview not yet released or something from him, which will be brought out at trial. I believe he told Casey that she couldn't bring Caylee over (night of June 15th or June 16th) and might have told her he is not interested in a ready made family at some point. We know he told her about his desires to only have boys. I wonder if this is the main motive the state will use at trial, combined with Casey's desire to be care free, no responsibilities. I also think that Cindy said, at some point near June 15th, party's over, it's time for you to start acting like a mother...I am not doing this anymore. We know she complained to her supervisor that she was the one who had Caylee the first week of June (vacation) and Casey was hardly there. I guess the motive can be the combination of several different factors, right ? Or is it preferrable to have one nice and compact reason to hand to a jury ?

then I think Casey should have been elated that Cindy wanted to take Caylee.
Then Casey can go to Tonie and say - DONE.
Now we can have the "Beautiful Life"

But I do think LE should question / investigate this guy much more.

The integrity is lacking on some blogs. They have no proof of what they are saying. How can they be smarter than LE/FBI? Sorry, but hate for you to take the word of that bunch. But then again---to each his/her own.

I do know what you mean and I also know from past experience here that certain conversations are a taboo due to lawsuits. That is why I do read all over the place too.
I notices several conversations held else where that is not held here;

Yes there is so much that points to Casey. She may have done the deed.
I am not convinced YET that there is not something holding a rope around these people necks.
BY now I am convinced that they are despicable people, God only knows what caliber of friends they have.

I think the State will bring all the factors together, for the jury.

Yep! TonE said he wanted sons, sometime in the future (not now).

And, TonE's livingroom floor guests said Caylee was adorable. But, she woke them early in the mornings, making noise. They didn't like that.

And, CA did tell KC to grow up and take care of her kid.

I still think one of ICA's primary motives was the fact that Caylee was becoming increasingly verbal and was very soon going to be alerting GA and CA that there was no job, nanny, etc...

I think she sooo wanted to be a part of this new group of friends .
She figured with Caylee gone everything would be wonderful .
That she and Tony would be the king and queen of the clubs . This is what I think she had going through her head ....even though she had no funding for this lifestyle . I think she was seething that her family was trying to bring her back to 'real life' in the days after she murdered Caylee .
I think her plan had been in place for months as her last resort and that her new friends were her excuse .
I think more people would have had their life in danger if they were close to her in the years to come .

I remember asking my toddler what he did that day when I picked him up from daycare. When he was the same age as Caylee his best friend at daycare was a girl name Sammie and he talked about her constantly.

I think she'd leave the house long enough for GA to leave for work, go back home, mess around on the computer, then leave again before CA came home. She probably killed time at the park or the mall, shopping when she had stolen money to spend. It was probably a boring way to spend the day.

Why didn't the stupid girl just get a job?
