More specifically, he forced a 14-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy to have sex with each other on the school bus, while he watched. IDK if he photographed or filmed any of this. The girl came forward, and TBH, the boy is just as much of a victim as the girl, even if he can't get pregnant.

The commentator in this video said that the arresting officer had been in law enforcement for 40 years, and this was the sickest case he'd ever encountered.
