David Neal Cox, executed in Mississippi on November 17 for the murder of his estranged wife Kim (whose daughter he sexually assaulted in front of her as she lay dying, with his own daughter also present), apparently left written instructions to his attorney concerning the disappearance of his sister-in-law, Felicia (spelled Felecia in some media) Warren Cox in 2007. Apparently he confessed to her murder and provided details of where her body is hidden, but she has not yet been recovered. He had long been a suspect in her disappearance and had been urged to confess leading up to his execution.
After her disappearance, her copper-colored 1999 Chevrolet Blazer was found abandoned on Waldo Road near Randolph Community. Photographs of it are posted with this case summary. It was locked and Cox’s purse and her medication were inside. She normally kept her medicine with her at all times.
Few details are available in Cox’s case, which remains unsolved."
