A missing persons alert has been issued for 25-year-old Jeffery Lofton.

According to Clarksdale police, Lofton was last seen Monday afternoon in the 900 block of Spruce Street near his home.

Jeffery Lofton was last seen Monday between 2:00 and 3:00 that afternoon, according to police.

Officers said he was wearing a blue shirt and brown jacket.
