We have confirmation from Ali Alsanai's second interview that the tow arrived at M&M sometime 10-10:30, and from his first interview that he photo posted its image at 11:15-11:30 pm. I believe his time recollection is based upon two things:
- closing time for M&M was 11:00pm
- he places the deputy sheriffs inside at approximately same timeline i.e. 10:30 to 11 pm.
I believe that the burned vehicle was sufficiently cooled by the fire department between 8:30 pm and 9:45 pm, and that the tow truck winced the burned vehicle onto the flatbed with little worry regarding heat.
As far as I can recall, there has been considerable criticism surrounding the removal of the vehicle from the crime scene. Most of it has suggested that the removal was too soon, but indeed that it took place quickly.
