But what is more important here is that a young woman named Jessica Lee Chambers demands justice, not "No comment", or "It's an ongoing investigation".

Just my opinion, but the search for justice is likely best served by pursuing the integrity of the evidence and investigation, and so 'no comment' and 'it's an ongoing investigation' are ways of serving JC. LE has its reasons for keeping tight lipped. So far as I'm concerned, concerns about the investigation trump the public's curiosity any day of the week, and that's why it is the law that LE does not need to disclose information from an ongoing investigation. They are not a public information service for amateur sleuthers, and I trust their judgment and concern.

Bottomline: Ms Fowler could be just a well-meaning friend who feels that she ought to have been able to do something. Or a highly suspicious POI.

Agreed, though I lean toward the former. She could've driven by 15 or 20 minutes *before* Jessica's car ended up there that evening - that's not too much difference in terms of one's memory but would make a tremendous difference in terms of the crime scene.

She was willfully interviewed and seems upset, nervous, and slightly dazed. My feeling is she's not involved and just as spooked as many others, but that's strictly my personal feeling.

Statements made to the media can be questioned and analyzed. You cannot, however, make direct accusations, nor can you dig up personal information and post it here. If and when there is an arrest, or LE indicates they are looking at a particular person, the rules will change somewhat.
It appears that personal information from Lynnsey Fowler's Facebook has been referenced "indirectly directly". ie, all the comments about "tattoos" seem to refer back to some links she might or might not have on her FB page, etc. I think Lynnsey is being "indirectly directly" accused on this site. And maybe it's warranted, I don't know. But to me it seems more like accusation than discussion. Where do references to "4:20", listening to "Ray Charles", and "(ie, birthday parties)" come from? I don't see anything about these comments in the MSM interview/articles...

Florida's sunshine laws spoiled me years ago. Hard to be patient anymore.

Hi WhoaIsMe-- Do you care to elaborate upon this point? I am puzzled how a 4:20 pm reference by anonone's reference to fishing Enid Lake suddenly becomes a "vague reference to smoking pot". I am confused. I watched the interview, saw nor heard any reference to 4:20 pm, and now am very interested in where anonone secured that time-detail.

From the context in anonone's post I think it was a reference to this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/420_(cannabis_culture) but I could be wrong. I get your need for the timeline. I would love any actual facts to base what we do know off of, however, I would not spend a great amount of effort trying to form my own timeline with that 4:20 time as a factor short of seeing some verifiable source that it was, in fact, the time she went by there (could be, it's 4:20 twice a day) Perhaps anonone will let us all know for sure.

ETA In no way does this post have anything to do with LF. I only tried to answer your question regarding anonone's post since they didn't respond back to you, and I really don't know what he/she was trying to say about LF because I've not seen any mention to her and pot whatsoever anywhere, including SM.

Agree. And I don't understand why that is allowed to be speculated on when other stuff found on the internet is not. Very confused here.

I don't fish, even though I grew up on a lake. And I know ice fishing is popular also. But, it appeared cold that night, do people really fish in the cold at night? Seems odd to me, and sounds made up, but then I'm no expert on fishing. I realize people fish for a hobby, and I'm sure many people cook up the fish, but fishing at night, to cook up, is the family very poor where they needed the food, or does she make a habit of fishing at night, or is this a way to get away from the family for a few hours? I've noticed people in the South, when it gets like 55 degrees they are complaining of the cold, and I can't believe it, that is comfortable for a person that is use to WI winters. That is why I'm questioning fishing at night, a night that is not warm.

I think it was a full moon that night which often has something to do with fishing. Yes it was probably cold that night but my guess is that there is not much else to do in that town except hang out at that gas station or go to the next town over which is also small.

WhoaIsMe,thank-you for the wiki link. I am soooo old school. I am still confused from a earlier thread and references to 'chicken' at the 'M&M' mini-market. And 'chicken' is a street drug(I think???)If it wasn't for a kind poster like you linking the 'the urban dictionary' I would have never figured out the lingo. MOO

Wow, who would have figured 420 is cannabus???

I am sorry, but I am NOT going to forget anonone's reference to 4:20 pm. It is too suspicious. anonone needs to explain this. And in clear English, not a reference to Ray Charles. *smile*
According to TOS, we are to address posts and not posters, so having said that...most of that poster's posts seem to be cryptic messages that allude to a theory that he/she apparently strongly believes in and cant be discussed here, though he/she keeps trying. That is why so few of the posts make sense....and trust me, I am a 60 year old fart, and even I understand the reference to 4:20, and I can assure you it has nothing to do with a timeline...JMO

Agreed ... I was going to post the same link re: 4:20. It's just a reference to marijuana (there's a "4:20 festival" at a college campus near where I live on 4-20 each year).

...
In addition to "Derek" and "Eric" - and all spellings of those names - I think the name "Cedric" (and related spellings) should also be considered as similar in sound and worth looking into.

Wouldn't they instruct her to limit it to 1 gallon or 2 gallons or whatever? With the fluctuations of gas prices, $5 could sometimes get you 1 gallon, and other times give you close to 3 gallons.

I learned it about 13/14 years ago when I spent a spring and summer in Oregon and they had some kind of festival. Now you'll see it all the time lol I'd never heard the "chicken" one before. Hope I don't start seeing references to it everywhere too.

Panola County Jail Arrest Records from Dec. 9th show a person who was arrested on Dec. 7th and has a hold. This is one of the names I've heard mentioned in connection to the JC case on a site I cannot link to, but I suppose it's OK to link to the Panola arrest records printed in The Panolian. Look for someone with the initials "RLS."

I'm also a 60 year old - and fully 'get' the 4:20 reference. Leftovers from the 70s.... those were the days. and agree does not involve the timeline .

The 911 call could be very suspicious. who in earth would keep driving and not stop to help? could have been one of the people involved who didn't expect it to go so far.

Well I for one would not stop. It was dark outside, there is a car on fire (that wasn't done by someone with the best intentions), and I am a young woman in my late twenties who would likely have her three children in my car. Call 911 yes, but stop and get out and possibly make myself and my children victims of something? No way. In the dark, the person probably didn't see Jessica.

As an avid fisherman I would like to know what Fowler was using for night time Crappie fishing. If the answer is minnows then a bait shop should have footage or a remembrance of her purchase. She should also have a minnow bucket, I never use worms for targeting Crappie. Some half full worm boxes or even Crappie in the freezer would help eliminate her. I'll state again, Hurron road would be a terrible route to get to Lake Enwid.

I've noticed that all individuals interviewed have referenced being asked questions pertaining to a love triangle, so the law must have records suggesting such a circumstance. When I start to think of the love triangle theory I can't get the image of the gal with Mr. Mister rolling her eyes about how he was his good friend. Something seems off with that reaction.
