I really think these investigators thought they were going to eventually get him to confess. Wish he would have so her family could have been spared the horrific details/photos of her dying .

QT isn't just playing dumb, I think he just is intellectually challenged. He doesn't seem to know the names of the roads, just whether you go up or down or turn left or right. Some real difficulty with the simple math. I guess he could have pulled this off, but he really is a dullard. I can barely understand him. But he doesn't seem particularly volatile, more just accepting of his fate. JMO

Kind OT- I don’t want to get too detailed but he is my relative by marriage. Not only a nice man but a good one, also.
