Simpson county man missing since September
"Auorities (sic) are looking for a Simpson County man who has been missing for more than a month.

William Donald McGrew disappeared from his home on September 14th. His sister, Celesta McGrew says he was last seen leaving Boozer street, walking on McClure Road in South Jackson. She tells us he was going to meet someone to sell his truck and never returned home."

A woman and her children looking for a lost dog in south Jackson MS came across skeletal remains around noon on Sunday, May 15. They have not yet identified the race or gender. The article mentions a pair of blue basketball shorts.

Family reacts to discovery of missing man's remains

"My hurt will never die, we will miss Donald forever. He was such a big part of our family, but we are mad," said McGrew's sister Celesta McGrew.

"We knew, but that phone call when she said it was William I don't know it just hit home," Celesta added.

The family finally has some sort of closure, but Celesta says it's bittersweet, especially because she had a feeling he was there all along.

His sister says if he was killed, she hopes the truth comes out soon.

McGrew's death is still under investigation.
