Again, the issue isn't what our dogs will or will not do, but what the Irwin's neighbor's dog would or wouldn't do. And as I've said, there are several videos where this german shepherd goes nuts as reporters walk past the fence.

Isn't there news trucks and a bunch of news crews in the area with a bunch of new faces? I'm just thinking the dog could be reacting to SO many new faces.. Also dogs can sense fear and excitement and react to that.. I'm just thinking out load...

The man told CNN that he went to bed. He got up about 5 a.m. to go to his job at the Whiteman Air Force Base. The man said he received a call from Brando at 5:59 a.m. Oct. 4 to alert him that Lisa was missing.

The man said he worked his scheduled shift and rushed back to Kansas City afterward to see if he could help in anyway find the baby. The man to that end he cooperated with authorities when they focused on him, allowed his home to be searched repeatedly and ultimately took the polygraph test last week.

The next-door neighbor, Samantha B, was at the home before Netz and Bradley left [yesterday].

...and the husband left the home about 5 p.m. Oct. 3, CNN reported. He then went to a friend's home.

A source familiar with the case earlier this week told KCTV5 that Brando and her 4-year-old daughter were inside baby Lisa's home about 4:30 p.m. Oct. 3.

So, while her husband is leaving the matrimonial home, going who knows where for who knows how long, she doesn't wait to say goodbye, but goes next door with her daughter?? He wouldn't have gone over to say bye to his little girl?? So confused...still :)

I am not going to comment on every post here about the boys, but it coming out today that there is no re-scheduling of questioning for them makes me at this point in time say. I hope LE gets a court order and I want to see mommy and daddy's face when they come take the kids away for questioning without them or their lawyer being able to do a damn thing. The DA can do this and its time they do. I myself will be making phone calls to the DA's office there to see why this isnt being done. I am disgusted. I think its time for mommy and daddy to see that they dont hold all the cards.. Lets give part of that deck to Lisa now..

Can they legally do that?

may i add to your list :

Pn = db's brother ??

And also adding that i think they need to give "poly's" to these "witnesses" :

Mt = motorcyle man 4:00 am sighting

"lisa and her hubby" = the neighbors in db/ji neighborhood 12: 15 am sighting

:waitasec: Who else ?

the kitten

Can they legally do that?

I don't think the can because they are minors.. That would be scary for a child to be taken away from their parents and questioned by strangers..im thinking a parent can come but be ordered to keep quiet during questioning... Do we have a thread for verified lawyers? They should know for sure...

Brando's husband told CNN that he spent the night of Oct. 3 with a friend. He showed CNN texts between him and his wife on Oct. 3. At 10:33 p.m., the neighbor wrote to Brando that he loved her and their daughter and to kiss her goodnight. Brando responded at 10:54 p.m. that she and their daughter loved him too.

Samantha Brando, a next door neighbor in her 20s, came over to the Irwin house with her 4-year-old daughter. The daughter played with Lisa's half-brothers.

Bradley put Lisa in her crib about 6:40 p.m., while Brando headed to a store to purchase liquor for herself.

Brando returned to the Irwin home about 7 p.m. and sat on the front stoop with Bradley. The two smoked cigarettes, talked and drank.

I'll bet SB's got an attorney. Don't believe she was drunk. And, IMO, neither was DB.

So if JB was asked to take a poly, might we assume SB was also asked to take a poly?

Reporter Jim Spellman said a spokesman for the Kansas City Police Department confirmed that the neighbor has been cleared of any involvement in the disappearance of baby Lisa. The spokesperson said the department "has moved on from him," according to CNN.

I don't see how "has moved on from him" necessarily means that LE has cleared him of any involvement?

I think this guy is important. Why did JI immediately go next door to try to find BL? What about his statements about someone who lost a baby, had a miscarriage, cheated on husband? There was a RUMOR that this neighbor blamed JI and DB for his relationship problems with his wife. Of course I have no idea if that is true, but if so it makes more sense that JI would immediately run next door to look for BL.

Only my speculation here, but IF he was involved would it be possible LE doesn't want to spook him because maybe BL is still alive somewhere and he might lead them to her if he thinks he's off the hook? Or maybe they really don't have enough hard evidence so they don't want to ruin his life by saying he's still a POI. I don't know. But I do know that if he and his wife were texting back and forth that night, he is another person who might have known exactly what the situation was that night (JI at work, DB getting drunk). He would have been familiar with the neighborhood, the dogs, possibly even the inside of JI's home.

I don't know...I've been on the fence, then thinking DB and possibly JI did it , now back to on the fence and leaning toward an intruder. MOO

BBM- oh just thought of something, i had heard that JB was expecting a baby back around Decemeber 2009. Wonder what happened to he/she?

Parents are not allowed in the room when the kids are questioned.. If the child is a suspect in a crime, the parents can be in the room, if the child is a possible witness, they cannot be in the room. So yes this can legally be done. I have seen it done before. They need a court order to do it though. The DA has to put in a request to a judge and the judge has to sign off on it. Then they can go to the house and say, guess what, the kids are coming in for questioning.

I agree, the parents claim Lisa was "kidnapped" , now if I believed one of my children was kidnapped, the LAST thing I'd do is put my other 2 children on TV trick or treating so everyone can see their faces !
I wonder how much $$$ they got for that ? :furious:
I wonde how much the attorneys got for that!

Police focused on Brando's husband because he had moved out of his home just hours before Irwin went missing, CNN reported. The couple had marital problems.
http://www.kctv5.com/story/15953146/neighbor-says

If true that the police focused on him it should be reassuring for DB because it shows that they haven't been single-mindedly thinking that the mom did it, no need to investigate anything else.

I think what bothers me most is DBs failed Polly and cadaver dog hit in the bedroom.. I keep going back to that...

sorry, no definitive idea. I would assume that Jeremy Irwin was using it. I have heard no mention of a company vehicle, only company cell phone, which he used to call 911.

the van said "all current electric" on the side of it and was parked in the 3620 north lister driveway and also reported as having been examined by police

BBM: Going "out on a limb" and saying "absolutely" SB took a poly.

SB was there with DB drinking on the "stoop" ...

:waitasec: Sure would like to have "confirmation" from LE if she did and if she passed ... as well as WHO ELSE took polys and WHO passed and WHO failed ...

MOO ...

Can we talk about what the named neighbor has listed on his facebook as an occupation?
