I can see where a person can get confused with all the initials flying around this place. It's like Alphabet Soup.

James Brando is the husband of Samantha Brando, Debbi's nextdoor neighbor and drinking buddy.

John Tanko is Jersey, the neighborhood drunk, drifter, and handyman. His latest squeeze is the magenta-haired Megan W., to whom a mysterious phone call was made from Debbi's phone on the night of the "kidnapping".

It's him. SB's hubby is in the air force. It's in the MSM article he was notified by her at 5:59am at his job on the air force base that Lisa was missing.

This is my problem. Also what wrong thing could these parents say if they are completely innocent, to make them so paranoid about talking to LE? Insist the interview be taped, whatever, but get down there. And beside that, this family has the pretty much unidivided attention of the media, a pretty rare thing these days, so why not be on the screen all the time, with lifesize posters of recent photos of Lisa surrounding them, telling the public that LE is wong, their baby has been taken and here is a list of ways you might recognize her, i.e. she sucks her left thumb, she holds her head funny when she tries to walk, whatever it may be. They are doing nothing but fretting about their reputation and telling their team how mean old LE is after them. JMOJMOJMOJMOJMO

Our dog has a little boyfriend by our old house that's a German shepherd and he just sits outside in his front yard and doesn't do a thing.. Now, walk into this dogs home and you won't come out the same UNLESS his owner is there.. This dog doesn't bark at all! He is the sweetest dog ever.. Our old shepherd didn't bark either.. Now my chow chow on the other hand if she's barking someone's either knocking, in my yard or totally excited to see someone and that's more of a cry/whimper/yelp thing.. To be honest the only shepherds I have seen barking are the ones on t.v... Like the show cops but I think it's because they get excited to work.... Dunno I'm babbling ha!

Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but I found it interesting that it specifically says he's a close friend of DB, and doesn't mention JI. I would think that a close male friend of a wife would usually mean a friendship with the husband as well... but that's JMO.

From the article we know LE has spent some time checking this guy out and some money giving him a LDT. He is a cop in the Airforce he also works for Sprint. a cell phone company and you see security in both titles.

If this was an abduction I can see why they would be looking at this guy with the weirdness of the cell phones, the brazenness of the crime and the in your face the scene suggested. I wondered at the very first if someone could have been listening to the baby monitor.

I have no idea if he had anything to do with it but I can see why the police were looking at him.

I think it's a typo. The context suggests that they meant "She is a close friend....".

then he would have had to transfer all of his tools from his work truck to his car. Plus a lot of the tools might not fit into the car. My Bro and best friend are both Electricians and they can't go anywhere without their truck. Ladders are usually a necessity for any Electrical work plus a lot of tools. sometimes enormous rolls of wire. depending on the job.

But my question is do they tell their employer that they use the employers equipment for a side job? What do you think the employer would say? Most of them I know don't mind their employees doing side work, but DO have a problem with them doing it on their dime.
