C'mon people...occam's razor. DB has MW's number written on her hand, and MW's phone is called from one of the phones at the Irwin house. Why the need to explain that away by saying, "Maybe Jersey used the phone." or "Maybe the neighbor called MW." or "Maybe DB was going to buy a kitten." ??

DB wrote the number on her hand and called the number herself. Pretty easy to get from point a to point b, imo.

..MW said the pre=paid phone, although "hers" was used by all 8 of them that lived at the 'flop-house'.

..and that she didn't know which of them had the phone that night.

..it is possible one of the other 7 ( who all had the same phone # ) was whose # deborah had written on her hand, and who the call was made to.

..right?

..or am i confusing myself ? ( which is possible! )

It was reported that Jersey has been cleared. According to court docs and the same reporter who did the MW interview, he is at a half-way house. Reporter went to half-way house a couple of times and reporter states he was told "Jersey" was not there, they knew nothing about him being there, although it's on court records. Reporter says it needs to be followed up by his probation officer.

Just as I recall what was reported on HLN today, at the same time as the MW new interview was released. :rocker:

Either that or the kidnapper wrote MW's phone number on her hand to set her up on his way out of the home when Deb was blacked out.

Now there is a spin for ya! Let's see how long before BS picks that up.

yes he is still cleared.. It sounds like Pink and DB might have tried to set him up. There is a connection between both of them big time.

I watched interview again (remembered I can rewind live tv!). A few more details:

JT: They not going to notify media every time there is a meeting as it's not advantageous to investigation. They have a good dialogue with FBI. Has a substantial rapport with them.

Dan Abrams asked why wouldn't he want interview with boys to happen earlier rather than later because everyday that passes, memories fade, new questions arise. DA also said "I would think from your perspective the only issue would be find the child?"

JT's response to DA: Family has consented to everything, every search, every forensic swab (really?) - Their concern is that the boys aren't damaged by questions etc..

DA: I would think you would want parents in there as often as possible. (Referring to interviews with LE)

JT's answer: I'm not concerned about perceptions, don't matter.

DA: It does matter.

JT: Said LE accused DB of killing Lisa within an hour of them responding to their house about baby being missing. Did this as she was on the floor, trembling and crying.

(Sorry if this is disjointed. Just wanted to add a little more detail.)

Really Joe,? you tell us that the parents are concerned about LE damaging the kids with questions? I guess getting sloshed and having one of them come up missing doesn't count as damage...and they're worred about questions being asked? GMAB!

Would be a cool house to hang at if you wanted "adult time" but were saddled with a baby unfortunately. I dont like where this is going.

Didnt either LE say it or was it the news that reported it as being said by LE because I do understand there is a huge difference but wasnt it originally a 2:30am phone call?

Well the call at appeox. 8 - 8:30 means that the drinking buddy neighbor was there at that time. Have to wonder if she overheard that phone call or did DB get up and "go in the house" to make the call?

About the number on the hand. JMHO that DB just got that number sometime that day. I know I've done it - if I'm out and in a hurry and run into someone and they say "call me" - again, in a hurry I'll grab a pen and write their number on my hand. So, it had to be sometime that day - obviously DB hadn't washed her hands either...............
