Seriously. How stupid could she be to have MW's phone number written on her hand when she was being questioned by LE. Think about it. To those who believe mom is involved, she was smart enough to get rid of 3 cell phones that we believe LE hasn't located but doesn't wash her hand with an alleged phone number?


C'mon!! This is the most ridiculous leak or whatever the heck it is ever.

I have not seen the HLN report, I've only read about it here. MW said that LE asked her if she'd be surprised to find out that DB had the phone number written on her hand. JMHO, but that would be a classic interrogation tactic to manipulate a witness. "Would you be surprised....?" is not the same as saying "Your phone number WAS written on her hand."

I suppose we don't know that she didn't try to wash her hand and we don't know that it was DB who got rid of the phones either.

Supposedly she was drunk so she might not have thought about everything.

Some think she did because they believe she's guilty.

According to MW, LE did tell her this. In addition, CS confirmed she was told about the writing on DB's hand. Whether it's true or not, who knows. LE has been mum, they are NOT to be blamed here. Sort of like DB saying what happened with LE, and her attorney's are stating it as fact. No difference. Until LE releases the information themselves, we can only go off of what these people say. Did you tell DB to keep her mouth shut too? I wish she would allow LE to question her 4 times. :maddening:

Whichever way they worded it, it's now out in the media that mom had this phone number written on her hand. So of course, those who already felt mom was involved, now have her convicted to murdering her baby girl. It's sickening.

I pray they are not involved and sue the heck out of LE like the Aisenburgs did. 1.5 million!

~n/t~ I can tell that we dont agree on this case which is fine, makes for interesting discussion IMO, and I do read what you write and think about it but one thing I can totally agree with is that this whole thing is disturbing. I dont really find it odd that LE would tell her that her phone number was found on DB's hand, because lets say pink did have something to do with this, that might have been enough of a comment to make her talk. I guess not though. Unfortunately the little blurbs we get make us all wonder what is going on. I am hoping that pieces of the puzzle start getting put together. I wouldnt discount anyone yet. I have a feeling we are going to see that more people were involved in this then we thought. I still think DB is the main character of this play though. MW is a player too. Jersey I think it totally out of this as of right now anyway and I do think that LE should if they havent already interrogate every single person that lives in the house with MW.

I don't understand why it's being automatically assumed by some that MK is the one who is lying.

Nor do I understand why it is being alleged by some that LE is lying.

DB is the one who has given conflicting accounts of the timeline of when she last saw her own baby.

DB is the one who, by her own admission, has been unable to fill in "gaps" in her timeline to LE.

DB & JI are the ones who refuse to meet with LE to answer the "tough" questions, despite the fact that their precious baby girl is missing.

MK has been interviewed by LE 4 separate times.

Someone earlier posted that MW was interviewed for 6 hours by LE on OCT 8th. Right when DB/JI stopped going to interviews/LE started to ask the "tough questions"...............

Once the bradwins knew LE had this info they bailed...............

Yes, I saw a clip of MW on HLN and she said she was interviewed for 6 hours. She said this.

I will continue to have an open mind...I will continue to have an open mind...I will continue to have an open mind...I will continue to have an open mind.
This case has sooo many similarities to the Somer Thompson case - which is the reason I will continue to have an open mind. Her mother was advised by the Sheriff to retain an attorney - he even recommended one. Not saying the KCPD advised DB to hire one - just sayin'... many jumped to the conclusion that she (the mother) was guilty and that is why he advised her to get an attorney. The mother didn't participate in any searches for her daughter (because she was instructed not to). A dumpster was searched for evidence near the home and the entire family was put under a microscope. This mother was crucified for what she wore (low cut dresses/shirts), the friends she hung around, the fact that she let her daughter walk home from school, on and on and on. LE remained tight lipped & said everyone was a suspect - they cleared no one. When it was all said & done, this precious child was snatched by a neighbor in the broad open daylight while walking home from school with her brother & sister. As a result, I will continue to have an open mind. Things aren't always as they appear from the outside looking in. So many facts we aren't privy to - at least not yet.

Oh Chee.... thanks. I try to remember that in every case I have looked at since then. Good reminder. I have been wrong before. But then, I did say that LE knew stuff we didn't! I WAS right about that. I don't want this to be a story about bad parenting... This is a story about a missing baby Lisa. I hope I am right and LE knows what happened to her.

I do believe LE would say that to scare MW into telling more. It's a common practice for LE to sometimes say outlandish things to get someone to talk and have more investment in cooperating. It doesn't mean what LE told MW was true, IMO.

On the night of October 14th, I believe, the man was arrested on another charged and questioned extensively by LE. They later said he was "cleared."

In the article linked - there is no information saying that Jersey was cleared. There is a blurb about him not being a named suspect.

Police also announced that a handyman known as "Jersey" is not a suspect in Irwin's disappearance.

how would we know that the phone call was deleted from DBs cell call log (on the physical cell), if they have not found the cell phone. otherwise they/we only know that the cell companies records say that they can't see if someone deleted call from the physical phone log w/o the phone.

In reference to some posts I think that LE is doing everything they can under the circumstances which I am sure some of which have them scratching their heads as well. If they do not have the cooperation of some people, they cannot do their jobs 100 percent. I praise them for not giving up and for keeping it mum as much as I want to know what they have and have found out. Hopefully that will be a press conference that happens soon.
