I think she knows his prior record and what he's mentioned to her or stories from other people. She's only seen him set a fire in a bbq. So I guess she's saying she hasn't seen him light a firebug type fire.

Mugshots are frequently used "on file" for the arrest record postings.....learned this from the Haleigh Cummings case. Sometimes they later show up updated, sometimes not.

Any of the above, or just because. I have a feeling we are dealing with some of the criminals in the "dumb criminal news". Given MW's interviews, and stating that Jersey was mugging it up for the cameras at his continuance hearing today. KWIM? :crazy:
