"Please note that Kansas City Attorney John Picerno will be joining the team of attorneys representing Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin in their quest to bring home their baby girl, Lisa.

Neither Mr. Picerno nor I will be fielding any further press inquiries at this time. There will also be no further comments made to the media by either the attorneys, the investigators, or the family. That would include no other "media house tours" or "press conferences". This standing position may change at any moment as developments occur.

Middle stated she'd never actually seen "Jersey". I'm just wondering if neighbors might be getting 2 people confused. One neighbor, for instance, said he was clean cut and in his 20's. Obviously, you can look at the guy and see that he's ALOT older than in his 20's. Reporter shows motorcycle guy a pic and motorcycle guy confirms that was the guy he saw with the baby...then reporter says it's not JT. WTH?!

I'm just wondering where all these differing accounts are coming from, and if maybe it's 2 different people. :waitasec:

MW has denied knowing DB & JI. Haven't heard her asked about anyone else in the family. MW said that she did not know whether or not Jersey knew either DB or JI. She said he was a handyman and did work/small jobs in the area, and he may have or may not have known them.

And, when the neighbors were being shown photos of Jersey, it was reported multiple times that nobody had seen him in days (last person known that spoke about it was the owner of One Eyed Jack's who had thrown him out on Saturday). Now, we have a neighbor who saw him on the 3rd.

I'm open minded on anything having to do with this weird Jersey deal. I can understand why LE would publicly clear him if he's truly cleared, but can't understand them announcing he's cleared if he's not (in that case, they could just say he's not a suspect and leave it at that). Possibly he agreed to burn some stuff for money, but was not aware of anything beyond that. But, maybe LE is lying to the public for some strategic reason. :dunno:

I can see an outsider possibly taking care of clothing and setting dumpster fire. If so, perhaps, that individual came clean with LE, rather than get nailed for more.

At this time, I cannot see an outsider possibly disposing of anything more than that (the man carrying the baby sightings).

I knew she said-she did not know DB & JI- that is why I wish a reporter would ask her if she knows a family member-cause BS said she knew an extended family member of DB! I can not believe no one caught that-reporters!!!

Jersey is definitely in the crosshairs. The house with the well was practically next door to the BP. The great thing is that they have had him in custody all this time. He has his rescheduled hearing on Nov. 15, right? I think the charges are going to expand.

Did they search this well? I don't remember.
