Does anyone know if this trial is still set for Dec. 9th?

I know I'm not the only one with a slight case of deja vu?

Nope, I've got it now too, after rereading this thread.

any word on whether or not a pool or live feed is going to be there?

I see that the media has started covering her case all weekend and even this morning as well as last night. Any one know if there will be a live stream and does MT even live stream trials? I know I haven't seen a MT trial...almost 100% sure.

It's -1* at Missoula National Airport currently, I feel sorry for the prospective jurors having to get out in that weather.

Sorry folks, but this is a Federal case and they don't allow video. The crime occurred in a National Park... Federal jurisdiction.

We'll have to follow the case via MSM.

OMg that's right it is federal isn't it. My Bad! That's one law that also needs to change, there should be camera's in all cases.

I hope that at least a reporter will do a "trial by tweet" for us. I know they don't allow cameras in federal courtrooms, but will they allow tweets?

Jury Selection Begins In Newlywed Murder Trial

HELENA, Mont. (AP) — Jury selection gets underway Monday in the murder trial of a newlywed bride accused of pushing her husband to his death in Glacier National Park just days after their wedding.
Jordan Graham has pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder and making a false statement to authorities in the death of Cody Johnson.

Graham, 22, and Johnson, 25, had been married for eight days when they argued over her doubts about the marriage, prosecutors said. She texted a friend that she planned to confront Johnson about those doubts the night of July 7.

Graham’s trial in U.S. District Court in Missoula is expected to last one to two weeks with dozens of expert witnesses — though no eyewitnesses — slated to testify.
