Authorities look for missing woman in Mineral County

Mineral County dispatch received a distress call Friday from 56-year-old Debra Ann Koziel.
Koziel’s phone died during the conversation.
Koziel’s abandoned vehicle was discovered in the Fish Creek area on Monday.
