"Sept. 27, 2018 . . .Law enforcement located Edwards' vehicle at Coulson Park. Sergeant Shane Sheldon with the Billings Police Department Detective Division. He said an officer checked on the vehicle yesterday since it had been parked there for a while. The owner came up as Edward Robinson and after doing some research, Sergeant Sheldon said Robinson is known to go to Coulson Park and walk in the water [Yellowstone River] to collect drift wood. . ."​

Details of Disappearance
Robinson was last seen in Billing, Montana on September 6, 2018. He has never been heard from again. After his disappearance, his vehicle was found at Coulson Park.

The Yellowstone River runs through Coulson Park, and Robinson has been known to wade in the river looking for driftwood. An extensive search of the park and the river turned up no sign of him. A coworker of his said Robinson had told her, "When I get old, sick, or done with life, I'll just simply disappear. And no one would even know."

Foul play is not suspected in his case, but it remains unsolved.
