I'll go out on a limb and say the WWU shirt is probably a Western Washington Univerity shirt? Maybe? Not that it helps but I would love to see if his clothing "coordinated" (for lack of a better term) or if the clothing was possibly from donation, etc. I guess I am trying to figure out if he was possibly homeless/a traveler or not.

Quite possibly. Shirt was blue, colors for Western Washington University are indicated as blue and white. WWU is located in Bellingham, Washington (map below) and approximately 25 miles from the British Columbia border. Also including a photo of an 1883 silver $.

Value of an 1883 Morgan silver dollar today (if it had no mint mark, which I am assuming, then it was minted in Philadelphia)
