This case has been picked up on social media last night. Despite extensive medical documentation of Iris's injuries, the Lewistown Police Department and Fergus County Attorney's office have not pressed any charges or made any arrests.

I can't believe this case has not recieved more attention. Iris passed away in a hospice after succumbing to her dreadful injuries

Lewistown PD are waiting (and seemingly have been waiting since Dec 2024) for the medical examiner to submit their report to them plus the COD certificate.
Without these, they cannot proceed.
