John Doe 27 (the fella with the one distorted looking pic) from the other now closed thread is not only ID'd but apparently LOCATED.

This thread is for suspect 24 and he is still very much sought by FBI. His pics are the fella of whom there are many pics on this thread.

ETA Sorry for the confusion. We found out about THIS guy when following the thread and sleuthing the OTHER guy whose thread is now closed.

Scars and Marks:
The unknown suspect has the words "Virginia" and "Crissy" or "Cristy" tattooed on his upper arm or biceps. He has a tattoo of a tiger on his chest, and the word "Dad" on his upper arm or biceps. The unknown suspect also has a facial bump above his left eye, in which he claims a BB pellet is stuck. Additionally, he has one finger that was broken and now does not lay flat.

Remarks: The unknown suspect has stated that the tattoos of "Virginia" and "Crissy" or "Cristy" refer to the name of his wife and 14-year-old daughter who were killed by a drunk driver in 1992. He enjoys model airplanes and likes to repair bicycles. He may have a southern accent. The unknown suspect has been described as a "snappy" dresser, and many of his shirts were Seattle, Washington, tourist shirts. He is obsessed with gold jewelry, and wears three gold rings on his fingers. The suspect has reported being from Chicago, Illinois, and indicated he had lived in San Francisco, California. He has spoken about Oklahoma, Oregon, and Washington state. It is reported that the suspect likes to travel by bus, and he claims he is independently wealthy from selling three garages that repaired cars in Chicago, Illinois.

CAUTION
The FBI and local law enforcement authorities are seeking the public's assistance in locating the unknown suspect who allegedly molested a child in Baker, Montana. It is believed that the unknown suspect used a false identity while living in Baker, Montana. The unknown suspect was last seen in Miles City, Montana, on August 20, 2013, and has not been seen since.

SHOULD BE CONSIDERED DANGEROUS TO CHILDREN

the perp in that case (John Doe 27) bears what some WS members feel is more than a passing resemblance to this unidentified suspect #12.

I think it is a great suggestion TooCurious, but we are concerned it would violate TOS.

The person who took those photos may have a child or children, he poses wearing a silly tiny doll's hat and a child's bicycle helmet. The person taking the photos may be one of the witnesses who has provided the info the FBI does have as to this mans stories, tattoos, etc. They may even be related to the child victim or other suspected child victims.

The concern is, if we start down the road of sleuthing the photographer, do we risk possibly somehow identifying or exposing a child victim inadvertently?

Did you notice anything else in the photos that may be worthy of blowing up or cleaning up for closer examination? Because the idea is good, just maybe not with that subject.

Having just "dad" as a tattoo is just eyeopening. He's the dominator or daddy in man boy love. Search man gets a dad tattoo on google images. It's telling. These creeps have been wide open on the internet for years, in lives of young children! In the photo where he's holding some papers near a green armchair that's draped with a Spongebob Squarepants fleece blanket, resting on the chair is a pair of books with a house-shaped logo on their front covers. At least the top book is also printed with the word "Success."

I'm not sure if these are significant. They might be appointment books related to his job, but it's also likely they're student planners. School districts have them printed up for students, sometimes with a custom cover. If anyone is able to look into this further and does find that they're student planners, don't post specific information about the school district here, as that would probably reveal more about the victim than John Doe.

It does look like the photo could be John Doe looking at homework or classwork on those looseleaf sheets. Possibly that dark spot on the top sheet of paper is a sticker? If he's looking at someone's homework, that would explain the proximity of the student planners.

In the picture that has the Success paper, could that be from school pictures? Also in the picture where he is wearing sunglasses, someone appears to be sitting on his lap (yuck) and is that a real snake that he is holding? If so, can someone identify it as to what region it usually lives??

as far as the snake pictured hard to tell because we are only seeing the snakes belly and not the more distinct markings along its back but to me I think it could be this guy

If I was FBI...I would post this guys pictures on billboards in the states that he has listed. At least Montana, Ohio, Oklahoma and California. Someone has to know this guy. And in those pictures it is obvious that he is where there are children living, small children looks to me with the little bike helmet and the blankets. Yikes.

the problem with these FBI alerts IMO is they give too little. These pics are obviously taken in an area where children are in the picture (figuratively AND literally, hence some of the blurred and cropped images)

Since they do not tell us where the photos were taken or how they were obtained, we don't know if they were left behind by him when he bolted, if they were provided by the people who are now witnesses for the FBI and assisting them or what.

Sadly, I am leaning toward these photos coming from the 5 year old victim's family. I think it likely (they are dated mostly 2013 which is pretty current) that they come from the geographical area where the molestation happened. That does not help us much in figuring out where he has been before and where he has gone now.

Sigh, getting frustrated with this one. Hoping someone has recognized him by now and I can wake up tomorrow and know he is a apprehended.

My vote is for this snake; we are about 60 miles from Montana border and we have these snakes here, as well. Notice the bluntness of the head is the same as the snake in the picture on the FBI poster.

So it is not as neat and organized as it would be if a mod had done it all. Apologies. We were discussing two cases in one thread and it was wayyy confusing so we sort of split them as best we could.
