In my opinion, I believe so. It seems to be common for alternate FB accounts to be set up using first and middle names. Her full name is in this article:

This account has no visible FB posts during the time she was supposedly missing, then they started up again on July 6th. She also lives in Bellingham WA and according to articles this missing woman was traveling from her home in WA.
