The only thing I see new is the undisclosed hold addition.

They updated since I did the screen shot, because the charges from tonight weren't listed. Now they are.

We must have caught them when they were updating the page...lol.

OK...she's still there, and she's got a whole helluva lot of charges against her.

The booking information has changed again! She's being held on the original charges again. And then there is one hold and the home confinement required...

SOMETHING is going on. Are murder charges imminent? Has her bond been revoked?

Why is the jail booking info NOW showing that she's being held on the original charges instead of the ones she was arrested on tonight?

Something is happening...she's definitely still in jail. Perhaps she bonded out on the charges tonight, and then was immediately re-arrested?

Check out my post about Vinelink. There's two different offender ID numbers - one for the obstruction of justice and child endangerment, and on that one she bonded out and was put on home confinement.

On the second one, the offender ID is different and matches the mug shot taken last night (new one). That offender ID is for the financial fraud and Vinelink says she's still in jail.

Last night on the second half of NG, it was stated that the wheels were in motion for LP to revoke the original bond. That may now be done, and she's being held on both the original charges and now the financial charges too.

I read somewhere that she's supposed to see the judge tomorrow AM. But now bail is pending...

Wonder how this is going to work.

Not sure but I think what it means by "bail pending" is that it is up to the judge to set a bail amount. The amounts given are guidelines if I'm not mistaken.

The offender ID for the child endangerment/obstruction of justice is 08034750

Check out Melissa's post (post #88) further up this page where you can see the two offender IDs. The 08034750 ID is the original one and on Vinelink that one says "home confinement."

It looks like she's wearing enough make-up to go out dancing! It is Friday night after all! Did she know this was coming and wanted to look extra pretty for the camera?

That's the first thing I noticed besides the vacant expression on her face. That's a lot of eye shadow and eyeliner to apply when you're spending the evening under house arrest.

I'm glad that she is in jail where she belongs. I just watched some of the film showing her arrest. I have to say that the Mob out in front of the house made me sick. We have the Police and the Legal system and there is no call for the scene I just saw. What about the rest of the people who have to live there? I'm sure that their little ones are not able to get to sleep at a decent hour. Don't get me wrong, I think this whole mess is Ms Casey's fault as well as her enabler family, but there is no call for a Mob to cat call, swear, and cheer as she was lead away. I was ashamed that there could be this kind of behavior in America.

Amen! I'm just catching up on my reading but I have to tell you that made me sick, who do these people think they are? And to cheer when Casey was arrested, theres a little girl missing for petes sake and a destroyed family, they are animals! IMO

Looking at her picture tells me that LE has accomplished what they wanted to....

I hope she bails out & half a day later they slap her with ANOTHER warrant & keep repeating the cycle until she breaks.

Just one thing.... I hope she's home with her family when they finally find Caylee's body.

FWIW-having Yuri Melich haul her in for the economic fraud charges was genius-he is a child endangerment investigator correct? Anyone know if it is common to have that happen instead of just sending in the other white hats to get her?

They must have thought Caylee had been found when they saw him at the door......

Welcome and so glad you came out of lurkdom!!!!! It won't take much to get her bailed out today, so I have to believe she will be going home...I consider this a well being/reality check on the part of OCSO-just to make sure Casey wasn't getting too comfortable at home perhaps.

The charges from last night are pending until she sees the judge. The previous bond having been posted by Padilla, the new charges will require only 300$ and she will be out again, imo. Unless Padilla says he's backing out of the orginal bond or LE adds criminal charges, she will be out in no time. And Padilla said last night, they decided to stay with the bond.

I really think that LE is toying with her. Pressuring her into talking. I have two theories:

They already have conclusive, positive DNA match to Caylee but they are trying to squeeze the truth out of her, as to what REALLY happend, for the family's sake. Seeing that she is so self centered, they are trying to piss her off enough that she will finally get mad and "scream" the truth. Remember, LE can lie or use whatever means to get a confession.

Or, results are in, they have no DNA match to Caylee and by booking her, they will have the opportunity to speak to her, maybe try to trick her into a little bit of truth. That would mean they have no idea what happend.
