July 16 – Investigators discover Casey has been lying about her place of employment and other details regarding her daughter's disappearance. As a result, Casey is arrested and charged with child neglect, making false official statements, and obstructing an investigation.

"Based on the repetitive lies that the defendant has told, we do not know with whom the child is or even if the child is alive," Corporal Yuri M. wrote in the arrest affidavit. He added, "It should be noted that at no time during any of the above interviews did the defendant show any obvious emotion as to the loss of her child."

Casey uses profanity during the 13-minute conversation and appears to be angry about comments her mother had made to the media regarding Casey's involvement in the case.

Also, FWIW, in your line of thinking. IIRC, Casey wrote a letter to OCSO Sherriff Beary asking for him to arrange a meeting between her and George. While there may not be any details on when/if that meeting occurred, you could consider these trips of greater importance, perhaps, if they occurred soon after that letter was written....jus' thinkin' out loud.

OK July 16th is the day that KC gets officially arrested. I believe this happens in the early am b/c she is with the police at 4ish at Universal.

GLad I"m listening to the bond hearing again, I can answer this accurately!

Ok, KC got home from being with the detectives at around 7am, took a shower, made a myspace with CA then detectives picked her back up around noon. KC was arrested between 4 and 5 pm.

KC's parents learned of her arrest through the media.

So,

7am - KC home from giving detectives a tour of Orlando

10 am - making myspace with CA

12 pm - gone with detectives to Universal

4-5 pm - arrested first time

I don't have time to look too deep into the website but I quick checked it and it has maps with the locations of the toll plazas marked but they don't seem to be named, you also gotta know which toll road he was on. Anyway check this out and see if it helps...

A little..........I was just there the first of the month and I travel there 7 or 8 times a year. I used to live on Merritt Island and traveled to Orlando a few times a week. My husband used to work there, so between us, we do know it fairly well. I don't have to have a GPS to get around. LOL

He either started on the 15th or had a meeting with the new employer on the 15th. I"ll go listen to his bond hearing testimony to find out for a fact, I know it was in there.

I'm pretty sure that July 15th was George's first day at work on a new job. He considered staying home, but Cindy insisted he go to work.

I know it's by Belle Isle. I'm not sure of "KC landmarks".

There are several nights of interest of GA being in the Boggy Creek area at not normal hours. He gets off at the Boggy Creek toll and then back on at same area an hour later all ranging in the hours of 8pm until 12:00am.


ETA: Local folks would be of great assistance in figuring out these routes. Let's discuss. Please no "snarkyness".
