Have there been any advances in Gayle’s case…that you are aware of?

Ran across this guy, Randy Goodrum, who looks to have been a serial rapist in an area running from Huffman to Alvin. Paper says his criminal record started in 1980, so maybe no related to Gayle Cater’s murder. I didn’t see anything else on the forum about him. So many of these from the 70’s and 80’s.
