I'm so new here that I was under the assumption that Websleuthers were staying at KOA! I saw an invite to go to the KOA campground not long ago. What happened? Did the banned people overtake the reservation or something? Seriously, this banned people thing is ridiculous. Who cares that someone on the Internet is banned from a forum of people tossing ideas about criminal cases?

There very well could be WSers at the campground. There just was trash talk on Murt today (and yes, some was directed at WS)...I saw nothing that said there was any group behind KOA not being open to him. He wasn't a registered guest. I did see someone suggest to him to go to KOA...no doubt to film the searchers...but you can't get on the campgrounds unless your name is on a list. Even Murt said that it may not have been a good idea to go up there. I have not followed Murt except a couple of times here, but he needs to have some kind of screening of posters if you ask me. He did say he was going to get a moderator.

First Tim asking him to leave per Cindy I believe, because she was on the IM and said he was going to get kicked out and guess what Tim was on that phone all that time before probably listening to her bitching.then came an told Murt to leave..too consequential

Then we go to KOA, person not there, but on the way his tire was wearing down, needs to buy one tommorow.

This is the sweetest man:blowkiss: and very caring, even after tim asked him to Leave he told us to still donate to Tim and get water, He is a bigger person that I would of been after that. maybe the next day after I cooled down but not right after that he stuck up for the donations and water.
Not being from Florida just to ride with him an see all these places we hear about is awesome..If anyone has time go on a trip when u can be sure it is in the morning the Trolls hit hard in the afternoon.

Thank you for sending the bottle of wine to Murt - that was such a kind gesture. He does so much for all of us and it is nice for him to see he is well thought of, even though we tell him over and over!! I'm sure you made his day! :clap:

No doubt Murt is a good guy. I think he has his heart in the right place. But there are certain protocols to a search and Tim needs to enforce those for the sake of LE and the searchers, but most importantly for Caylee..so there is not a hint of impropriety here as far as chain of custody on any piece of evidence that they may find.

Where did you get the impression he was going to film the search? He stated at least a week ago and since then that he cannot even ATTEND the search as he is media - much less photograph the search.

He's not even searching.

I second this. Murt has interfaced with Equusearch more than once on this same issue. As you say, I have no doubt he's a good guy but there are rules in place for a very good reason and they need to be respected.

Not only RESPECTED....But TM and his Team has to be RESPECTED As Well.
Look at the TES HISTORY. Murt was Very wise to back off when TM told him to, that alone speaks volumes to Murk.... As far as I am concered.

Murt got a raw deal today even after he was asked to leave, which he did, he asked everyone that could to donate to TES. I donated to TES because Murt and I do too believes in what Tim and Equusearch is about. But in Murt's defense he was invited then asked to leave in KOA which he did. Someone set him up bigtime and hope he finds out who would do such a thing to a man with such a big heart.

Agreed - no one knows for a fact, but it is hard not to consider people that we know are looking for any tiny thing to do away with WebSleuths. I don't care if it's the Anthony's or the Banned, I only care about Justice for Caylee and the survival of WBS.

There were many other voices of reason, thank goodness. This is no more about *us,* *Murt,* or Cindy. It's all about TES. Tim's word, asking Murt to stop, should be enough. It's a search of Caylee and if TM says they are better off without Murt, they are.

It's a pretty big deal to many people who have been here for awhile. The owner of WS, Tricia has had to deal with a lot of crap from these people and even opened a thread about thei lastes antics so I'm guessing she cares very much about the antics of these banned people. Blink, riveRrat, christine and others have been more or less harrassed by these people, they print lies about them.. pretty serious lies at that.

when murt first started his cam...everything was ok and everyone was ready to see progress and TES beginning thier process. i just don't understand who it was that told the posters murt was kicked off the property before murt even got back in the truck...and as for what they said about blink...they should be ashamed...Blink, Murt, LP Tim you all have my best wishes because good intentions are straight from the heart. I also want to give my best and prayers for safety to all of the searchers who volunteer thier time and hope for caylee to finally get peace.

Dear WoodForest,

Please realize that people who cause these kinds of problems come from inside the very large and oozing cracks of evil. Ignore them and it starves them.

As we get closer and closer to the beginning of the search my stomach is in knots. Please God let them bring Caylee home by the end of the day.

Through the cam, people posting listened in and started blogging ugly things about TES being disrespectful, claiming they were going to take back their donations and not donate water, which Tim had just mentioned they were low on. Murt pleaded with the posters to stop being petty and left the area. I think he also had some tire problems, so it sounds like he was having a very bad day.

Completely objectively (I don't view Murt's site, but I have "heard" of him regarding the Duckett case). My opinion is he's probably the nice guy that posters say he is...yet may get too involved in cases, such as Melinda Duckett's.

Murt was interviewing LP and at TES headquarters and then asked to leave directly by TES. Possibly by Tim. That was reported, but I can't confirm.

Some of Murt's supporters threatened to cancel checks and not support TES and to give Murt props, he supposedly wanted the exact opposite and asked people to donate more money and support TES.

The only issue I can see with all this is the DRAMA! Geez. It's not about US. Or Murt. And this 12+ page thread is crazy...whether Murt shouldn't be banned, etc. If TES says he's not allowed, I can't imagine the argument.

He says it won't be long before he'll have someone moderating what's being posted. He's planning on instituting a private chat area to weed out the undesirables, so to speak. Someone did post LP's number after he was asked to leave by Tim in hopes of trying to get everything straightened out. He did speak with LP (offline) and said that he was told to call later- after NG. LP said he would speak to Tim and explain Murt's presence. At all times, Murt was very respectful of TES. I was also watching the exchange about the KOA...it seems someone posted for him to go up there. I'm not sure what the exact purpose was, but I think he was simply hoping to film/talk to the searchers.
