It is great to see you posting again!! MH seems quite involved, that's for sure! I didn't know about him until today. He certainly seems to see things from Brad's point of view. I wonder if LE knows where he was from 6-7 that morning. Perhaps Brad did get a babysitter while he was gone . . . .

It really makes me wonder what else we don't know.

Anderson...this is what I have been talking out with friends for the last little while. When it was mentioned to me about an accomplice I just kept saying I couldn't wrap my mind around it. I just couldn't figure who, why or what reason there was one.

As I discussed this I thought it could be for babysitting while he ran to the dump site, HT trips, or did he have them run to HT for cleaning supplies, use them for the phone calls? Believe me it has ALL gone thru my head with only more questions arising.

This has caused me more confusion when it was suggested to me someone else could be involved.

I assure you I told someone that can get it to LE in a moments notice. I am checking this week to see if they did since I asked them to. If not I will take the necessary steps to verify they have knowledge of it.

As I mentioned I really thought the LE would know about it since BC had in his affidavits he went to LFT. Believe me I have a few friends making sure I follow thru with this...

There could be multiple motives.

- not getting along
- custody issue
- money / alimony
- infidelity
- issues of control
- cleanliness of house
- issues involving the kids

These two were back in 'hate mode' and fighting. That much is agreed upon by almost everyone. In the end you may never know the exact single thing that was the proverbial straw that broke that camel's back.

Wouldn't it be nice if he just upped and told the truth and gave us all the details??

I think you have missed where the LTF came into this conversation. She wasn't using it, she was dead! I have absolutely no idea if any cards were swiped, especially NC. He asked for hers to be swiped, but I couldn't get it confirmed if it did.

I was saying with MH stating calls, it could be the LE is also asking about LTF because MH didn't state what calls the LE was inquiring about.

My hopes is if A card was swiped for LTF and a call was done on NC phone it would show him trying to have an alibi for NC.

No, I was playing devil's advocate when I said "she was on the phone when BC was swiping his card..." i.e. Can he back it up? What he told the receptionist?

Most likely they know.
I will do what is right for NC and that is make sure they DO know about it, just in case they don't.

The one thing about MH is he didn't have to drive to BC home. How easy to slip over to sit at the house, get the cell phone or even help clean????

Yes, as soon as (NCN?) posted where MH lived, I became more suspicious. I had always thought that it would be difficult to hide another car. And you know, BC probably did need help. As RC pointed out, LE wouldn't have stayed focused on MH without reason.

Now if he was an accomplice, would MH's wife cover for him? I wish we knew more about her. . .

The story is too long about how I found out there might be an accomplice...I actually didn't know if I should believe it or not. I played it out in my mind, talked it out with friends, just couldn't figure out who or why someone would help. Still don't.

But with MH affidavit now it has made more sense to me how it can be possible...someone living close by.

The question that remains is if it is MH or someone else...WHY help with this crime or cover BC's axx? What is in it for them?

Yes, they should really put up video from HT from 4:15 to 4:30 if they want to prove something. We already knew about the other trips and we knew he didn't buy bleach at that point. Or at least that's what I learned here. No matter what I think that BC looks nervous in those videos. It was a saturday morning, he should be sauntering, relaxed.

MH really didn't like NC, judging from his comments. Who knows, perhaps he egged BC on.

If MH (or anyone else for that matter) was involved either as a willing (or even an unwitting) accomplice there should be a phone call between them and BC somewhere between 1am and say, 9am, right? If no such call exists then the next time period for any calls begins with the cluster of 4 calls around the tennis plans, starting at 9:15am. LE may be trying to determine if these tennis plans really existed or not.

And then, finally, the time period of after 6:45am and up to 3pm (when Brad returns home to meet up with the LE at his house) -- any use of Nancy's phone would be a major problem since Nancy obviously didn't have her cell phone with her.
