You want to know why, I'll tell you why. If 200 people here can express their opinion but I can't, the word dictatorship comes to mind.

You are welcome to share your opinion. I have no idea what makes you think you can't. Please share! All ideas, theories, are welcome! Just seems the majority here think it's Brad. If you don't that's great. Give reasons why as those have given reasons they believe he is the murderer of Nancy. Expect those that disagree to do just that. This is a discussion board, please, discuss your thoughts. Bring some links/info/anything to change the minds of those who have already found BC guilty.

Exactly, if you take the loan and the equity line does it pretty much equal appraised value?

I'll look at that and post later. I am behind now and running out to dinner.

I'm wondering if we have either a friend or family member of BC on this board. I do not understand the hostility, either. IMOO.

I think it was effective in Jan '06 that passports were required for air or sea travel (US/Canada). If you travel by land, you can still use your bc &/or driver's license, I believe.

Jilly,

I don't think so. I had to go to Nova Scotia for work early this spring, and had to put a MAJOR rush on getting a passport. At that point in time, you could still drive across the border, which had me planning all kinds of strange combinations of flying and driving to get to Calgary, which I avoided having to go there. At any rate, I got my documentation in time, but the allowance for using other ID at the border was supposed to end at the end of the month that I visited. It is possible it was extended again.

CTV interview with Jeff Rentz( Nancy's brother who is an Edmonton PO)

paraphrasing from notes taken from the broadcast

There is NOTHING that has not been addressed by the PD department.
Kids are doing well, settled down, playing ( with his parents).
He does not know how much the girls know about the death.
He is not comfortable talking about the custody order; just that it was not done with malice.
He has not had the opportunity to talk to his bil. When asked if he would like to talk to him, he hesitated and said " He would not not talk to him"
Not able to talk about abuse.
The murder is believed to be isolated - and he agrees with that.

EXCELLENT work by the police department and he is impressed with the level of cooperation with Wake County department.

He said " They are doing a FANTASTIC job"

He is not there as a cop, just as a brother, son and member of the family.

It's rather common in these cases, I'm afraid. It's alright though in the end. We can learn a lot about the POI (oops is he named that yet, dang I've already convicted him! LOL) that way. :)

I think I have also -- and even if he's found to be innocent of murder, the fact that he wouldn't buy the family groceries or give Nancy money to do so is inexcusable, imoho....

I thought it possible that she wasnt really going to paint but to look for a place to live or see an attorney and Mrs. Adams was going with her and he found out, I think that is really possible.

Good thinkin'! Very likely....IMO, FWIW.

Hi! :) I just read this article http://www.wral.com/news/local/story/3220350/ and found a couple of things interesting ~ the first one ~
A man walking his dog found her body, wearing little clothing, in an undeveloped subdivision less than three miles from her home Monday night.

Would a t-shirt, jogging shorts, socks & shoes be thought of as "little clothing" or was Nancy not found in what Brad described?

The second thing is the details of the marriage, him taking her passport and not giving her money for groceries. It makes him sound totally dominating and at the least, emotionally abusive. No wonder Nancy seemed "tired" and not feeling well at the party Friday night. It's also very easy now to see him as the one who killed her, imo. :(
