I don't think this case will linger like Tara or Michelle's. I think they have plenty to charge him now, but are waiting until they have the forensics completed. Having their ducks in a row is important.
The other cases I haven't gotten into, but I am sure they are lacking the key piece of evidence they need or there would be charges. The key piece of evidence in this case could easily be the store trip if they find the bottle at his house, evidence of a clean up of DNA, and evidence of a fight/struggle. Other things such as DNA under her fingernails, on her clothing, or on his clothing will come into play, too.
With all due respect you have convicted him since day one. I for one believe in innocent until proven guilty. That said many of these cases usually end up being the Husband. However, in this case posters on this board have said things that have never been printed and many of the posters took it as true. Two things come to mind...the supposed video of him buying bleach at 4 am and the scratches on his arm. No where in any article or video of this case has anyone stated these two facts. If this were in fact true and they have video of him buying bleach at that time and he has scratches on his arm there is no way he would not all ready be named a suspect or even arrested for that matter.
I live in Holly Springs about 3 miles from where she was found. I work directly with Cisco. I have multiple friends who work for Cisco as well. I can tell you why no one has said anything from Cisco and that they were ordered not to speak to anyone regarding him. That is company wide. I couldn't even get a lose friend to say anything to me. I wanted to also comment on many of you claiming because he has a few web site profiles that he is self absorbed and cares nothing about his family. That may very well be true about Brad Cooper but him having web site profiles hardly defines that. He has a CCIE which is a huge accomplishment in my field and does take commitment and hard work to obtain. So yes I can see him not having much time while trying to obtain that but to say he doesn't care about his family is just biased prejudgment. I read where he wrote now that he was finished his he can spend time with his family. Which to me indicates he did want to spend more time with them.
Look I know as well as everyone most of these cases end up being the husband but you can not cloud facts and reality because they usually are the husband. I hope for the girls sake that he didn't do it. For those of you when the subject came up if there were other murders recently who quickly said no this is for you:

But a number of high-profile cases in recent months have grabbed people's attention:
* Marine Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach was beaten to death in December, and her burned remains were found in a shallow grave in a fellow Marine's backyard near Camp Lejeune.
* The body of Latrese Curtis, a student at North Carolina Central University, was found along Interstate 540 in January. She had been stabbed repeatedly.
* Eve Carson, the student body president at the University of North Carolina, was fatally shot in March on a Chapel Hill street.
* Army Spc. Megan Touma's body was found in a Fayetteville motel room last month. The cause of death hasn't been determined.
* The charred remains of Army 2nd Lt. Holley Wimunc were found in a shallow grave in Onslow County last week. The cause of death hasn't been released.
* The body of Nancy Cooper was found in an undeveloped Cary subdivision last week, two days after she was reported missing. The cause of death hasn't been determined.
Thats 6 women recently in this area. Again I play devils Advocate here because they way some talk... petrifies me that anyone could get a fair trail from a jury. I just want to know the heaven forbid something happen where I was accused of something I did not do... someone would wait for all the fact before hanging me.
